Usually a great experience. Had a reservation for ten people, took 20+ minutes to be seated, all along our table had been ready for over an hour. The area we were seated was so dirty, there was food from the previous people still on floor. Took 10 mins to get served drinks by a random waiter then was asked by a send waitress for our drink order? Overheard a waitress that the server in our area didnt start for another 20 minutes. So we were seated in an area with no server...Hmmmm. When we finally did get served our waiter was so unattentive to use, we literally sat there for 30 mins waiting for food and somebody from our party asked if food was going to be served. Our waiter assured ours must be next, and wouldnt you know magically our food appeared. The food had been sitting under a heat lamp for quite some time, it was all dried out and discusting looking. And not once did the Manager walk the floor to check up on customers. I have been in food for 15 years, and this was appalling and insulting. A group of 10 is a huge tip potential, but apparently our waiter didnt work for tips or something. In total from sit down to check, we were there for 3 hours, NEVER AGAIN!!!!! They lost my business and my money. Good luck hope this closes down with the rest of the mall, or maybe it is and the staff doesnt care anymore, either way make money were you can.

Hi Im Michelle Grassi. At the cheesecake factory, food was great, however it was very expensive. We got the pretzel chicken as an app and it was very good. We enjoyed it much. My daughter ordered roadside sliders with no cheese, extra onions, and no pickle. The food all came together and my daughter received a slider with extra cheese, pickles, and no onions. We sent the order back and received a slider with no cheese, no pickles, but they forgot the onion. We sent it back a 3RD time and got the onions. When we were getting our checks the waiter charged us for the extra cheese that WE DIDNT ORDER!! When I talked to the manager she said that it would take 3-5 for the VISA transaction to be complete, so GREAT.My two daughters both ordered special lemonade drinks. They both got refills and my oldest looked at me and said, "This tastes like it has alcohol in it." I tasted her drink, and sure enough my 13 YEAR OLD daughter was served a spiked lemonade!! At that point we were done so we just let it go. Our waiter, Stephanie was rude and avoided the fact she had messed up basically our entire meal. Stephanie never directly apologizing to us and acting like she did nothing wrong. Basically, the food was ok but I wouldnt go back because of the service. Food was overpriced, service was gosh awful, Im never going back...

Over the last year, everything has been awful. Either out of food or the food served has been atrocious. Its not worth the wait or the money. Recently, I politely asked for a refill on water. I gave the waiter 15 minutes to get it, noting he passed the table 4 separate times. I then motioned him over after I had eaten my chewy, dry, and ill-tasting meal. He replied, "Im busy." I was pretty stunned at this remark because Im a polite person and understand the restaurant life, so I gave him a moment to decide what he would say next. He then said, "Ill get it when Im not busy." All I can accredit this is to poor employees- in and out of the kitchen. Maybe the company needs to train employees better or give them more incentives to do well in their job, because right now (and the last year) they are failing. Lastly, the cheesecake at all locations seems to have changed formula over the last couple years. It tastes more freezer burned and preserved. It makes an $8.00 variety pack from Aldi taste like a delicacy... Do yourself a favor and save your money until this chain either realizes it isnt high-end or decides to get it together and put out decent product with basic manners.

Ambiance isnt the right word! Im guessing it might be nice before sunset but should you happen to get there once the sun goes down, expect the worse. You will literally be eating in the dark. There is a singular, extremely dim light that shines a very small circumference of light in the very center of your table. Otherwise you cant see a darn thing on your plate. Our table and three others all had out flashlights in an attempt to see the menu and eat out food. The table next to us literally broke their drinking glass because they couldnt see! Whats worse, the table next to them had to hold up a light so the waiter could clean the broken glass from the table and floor. In speaking to the manager, he fully blamed corporate citing they consider the dim lights "ambiance" and that he had zero control over the lights. Speaking to him was pointless. As if consumers are incompetent enough to believe they have absolutely no control of the lights in the restaurant. The food took way too long to come out and the product didnt match the price point. Extremely overpriced, overcooked and saturated in butter/oil. We wont be returning.

I will seriously never come to this location again. I have been here numerous times over the past few years hoping my experiences will be better but they NEVER ARE. First off, the servers are crazy rude and ignorant. Never smiling, no friendly demeanor, nothing. They always group in the aisles and make it hard to get around them to get to the bathroom and when you say "excuse me" they give you a rude look. Second, the food is always terrible or cooked wrong. Recently was there for my birthday and my boyfriend and I asked for WELL DONE steaks and both steaks came to the table and were super pink all the way through. I was mortified. I never tell them its my birthday to see if they wont be fake and treat me like a human being but that never happens either. Im tired of wasting gift cards and spending over $50 each other meal when the service and food is terrible. If youre ever in the Kansas City area you should treat yourself to a real experience to the downtown location. Its like heaven compared to Chesterfield. I will NOT ever be returning to the Chesterfield Cheesecake Factory location.

My boyfriend and I were on vacation for our 5 year anniversary and he was so excited to take me to this restaurant. We come from a very small town and we heard this place was suppose to be amazing. We waited for an hour for a seat and after sitting we waited awhile to even get our drinks and order. Our waitress was kind of rude and didnt talk much. She gave us our food walked away and NEVER came back to see if we needed anything or if our food was okay. We didnt get any refills and my pasta I ordered was hard and stuck together. When she decided to bring us our bill she asked why I didnt eat my dinner. I told her if she would have came to check on us like a waitress should have after serving us she would have known my pasta was hard and inedible. She apologized and took it off our bill and I left hungry and upset. Happy 5 years to us : (
