I showed up for a 11:20 am appointment at 11:23 was forced to wait to let the receptionist know I was there she told me to have a seat and my stylist would be right with me then at 11:30 she told me I was too late and would not be able to have my hair cut. WTF. Ive waited on them a lot more than 3 minutes and never complained. Not a way to run a business. Ive been going there for at least 2 years but no more.
