If you don’t really want to get something done this is the place to book with. I had a similar circumstance, as A Google User. I can’t seam to get staff to the appointments at Escape By the Lake. Even when they re-book things dont work out. Gotta say they are very good and polite about canceling appointments. I do hear good things from the people who do manage to have the staff follow thru with the booking. I guess that is why I tried to book with them all those times.

This place is the best salon in the area. They are extremely accommodating and do a fantastic job. Dala is my personal favorite stylist there, she saved me after an at home horrible attempt of dying my hair red. She also drove down to the cities to do my sisters hair for her wedding. Very personable, always quick to offer tea. The massages are wonderful too.

Awful service I made an appointment at least 3 weeks in advance and when I showed up they made me wait 10 minutes until someone came up to me and told me they had to cancel my appointment. We rescheduled it for that evening but then they called me and told me that was cancelled too. I was first time customer and was very disappointed to say the least.

I had a last minute trim with Violet. She did not wash my hair or ask me where I part my hair. All I wanted was a simple trim. She missed trimming some of my layers and my bangs have pieces that were missed as well. Overall, the trim lasted 20 minutes. I will not go back to escape by the lake ever again.

I liked my pedicure; it was ok. On the other hand, my manicure was not ok. My french tips didnt have clean lines as it was freehanded. Sad to see my 70 dollars spent on something I wasnt completely happy about.

Peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. My stylist, Dala, is the greatest. She does great work. The owner always greets everyone who comes in, prices are reasonable. Other services rr offered. Like mani, pedi, massage

These people are great! I will go to them again. Love there shampoo products and conditioners. Down to earth place to go too

I always get a great cut from Dala! They always offer water or coffee, too, which is a nice touch.
