Good on body work and paint, but subpar on detailing. Bumper and rocker panel repaint came out well, but rest of car came out looking worse than before. Took it to a profession detail shop to correct issues with the paint, especially on the hood, which wound up with swirls and spider webbing after their buff job to address an earlier paint issue caused by them. In essence, an initial cost of $600 for the original hood partial repair/repaint/blend and then an additional $300 for the detail shop to correct it. In addition, the car came back covered with some sort of dirty film, which required multiple clay bars to remove. Complained to a representative of Johns who offered to fix the problem, but I did not feel comfortable leaving the car there again. Sent two emails to the owner who did not respond.
