Hello, I am the owner of CARSTAR Arnold, I am sorry to see that you were not happy with the experience you had with our store, please let us know some more details so we can confirm that you had your vehicle repaired at our location, we would like the opportunity to make anything up to you that we can. We take customer service and satisfaction very important here, our business has been built based on quality of work and repeat customer referrals. We know some things dont always go as planned when a vehicle is in the shop for repairs. For example we had one repair recently that we had to unfortunately change the promise date on a few times as the vehicle owner decided to have some custom work completed while the vehicle was in the shop and also stated that some suspension damage on the other end of the vehicle was related to the collision. After getting that damage approved by the insurer we had to rely on a sublet vendor to complete those repairs, that vendor found some additional damage that wasnt related, however it did delay the promise date a few times. We always strive to be the best at what we do, while keeping the customers informed and repairs done right, and on time.

So bare w/me...be n shorthand, google didnt take my 1st attempt. Huge dent in nissan titan bumper. only corner needed replace. went here 1st, fair estimate, went 2 nother place, $100 more! Got fixed here right away. Jon estimator very straightforward, friendly, fast and cheap cheap estimate. Heath did all followup work, great job. Barbara handled all admin stuff fast n efficienly. All were VERY friendly, down to earth, personable, etc etc. Dent is fixed and looks great! lifetime warranty @ this shop for paint n labor, 5 yr nationwide @ other carstars. they noticed bug deflector was real loose, only bein held on by tape, socked screws up underneath...free of charge! I went to Nissan dealer bout this, wanted 2 charge me $60 for whole new deflector. Washed truck too. GO HERE! giveem a chance to give ya fair price. I need more work??? Im goin back

Recently I hit a deer and did quite a bit of damage. Got my car back in the promise time, would have been earlier but my insurance company was slow to aprove the windshield, and looked good as when I first bought it inside and out. Excellent service and freindly staff always keeping you informed of progess and completion. I have had a couple other cars done also before and same experience. Thank you to Steves Carstar and staff.

I couldnt have been happier with my service at CarStar. The onlyd downside was it took two weeks to get my car in, but it was worth the wait. They did an excellent job, charged me about 25% less than I expected to pay and returned my car cleaner than it was when I took it in. They returned it to me about three days sooner than they estimated. It was a very good experience.

I dropped by in a hurry not really expecting a whole lot. They got an estimate very quickly and managed to replace my glass in the same day, within an hour. I had an amazing experience with everyone I spoke to. I feel like everyone took the extra mile to try and make my day a little better. So thankful I stopped by!
