Extreme Professionalism, Attention to Detail, Commitment to the Highest Level of Customer Service/Satisfaction, and MOST Importantly.......A Commitment to doing the right thing, at the right time, for all the right reasons, and ESPECIALLY when nobodys looking! Thats Five Star Auto Body in Arnold Missouri!!!!! I needed some body work done after a ladder had fallen against my truck creasing the rear passenger door. I asked the great folks at Weiss Toyota in St. Louis (dealer where I bought the truck) who they trusted and the ONLY answer was Five Star. I took my truck there, met with Tracy Sears, got a fair and honest quote, and then proceed to take 6 months before I brought my truck in for repairs. When I finally got around to taking my truck in (I felt bad for taking so long), Tracy and the team met me with the same level of commitment and interest as they had 6 months prior (cant say I would have done that). I left my truck for a week while on business travel and expected to pick it up the day I returned. I was shocked and excited to receive daily email updates on the progress of the repairs, and the confidence that the completion date and quality would exceed my expectations. That didnt happen! Tracy called me the day prior to returning and informed me that the work had been completed, but that he and the owners of Five Star would not allow my truck to leave their location. I was slightly confused and a little pissed off at first, but when Tracy explained that he and the team could still see the slightest (I would never have noticed had Tracy not shown me) wave in the door post repair, and that while the untrained eye would never see it, theirs eyes did.....and that wouldnt fly with them. Again, was kind of shocked and confused, but that quickly turned to excitement. This type of behavior in business is a lost art, especially when the company will be required to eat some of the cost to MAKE IT RIGHT. Not Five Star! This is a prideful group of people with great character, and Im really glad to have given them my business, and you can guarantee any and all future business! Thank You Five Star Auto Body!

Eric (Owner) and Bob (Manager) were both extremely thorough. They made sure i understood what was going to be done to the car, they gave me a very detailed quote, and did a better job then i could have anticipated (including fixing many stone chips in my hood that werent included in the quote!). My wife and i both kept commenting on how they made the car look brand new again. I would not hesitate to bring anything back to their shop for work and i would recommend them to anyone looking to get work on their car done. The pricing is competitive and the work is top notch. Very happy with my experience at their shop.

I have been in the automotive business and around body shops for 24 plus years. I do work for the automotive manufactures including quality inspections on their products. This is only 1 of 2 body shops that I have seen that can match orange peel and leave no signs that the vehicle had been paint refinished. Im now a customer of 5 star auto body and will continually refer family and friends. Great job 5 star hang your hat high knowing you are painting vehicles to match factory orange peel with no signs of refinish which is a hard accomplishment and being the best of the best.

We took my fathers vehicle here after an unfortunate incident with a deer. Pricing was VERY reasonable and the staff was very friendly! When they knew they could not finish all the work during the first quoted time line, they had my Dad come look at the vehicle to show him the progress they had made and to see what they still wanted to accomplish before giving the vehicle back. We are very happy with the work and recommend them to friends and family!

Very evident that they have a caring and invested team. I had a minor but annoying issue on my modest Toyota Camry and decided to pull in just to ask for advice while driving by. Tracy came out immediately and without question took care of the issue and had me out of there in under 10 minutes. So I had some dents in the Aluminum hood of my Model S that were really tricky because they only appear while sitting in the hot sunshine. I showed them to Eric the owner who has been doing PDR since the 90s and he knew exactly what to do. He and one of his crew members Scott removed the dents very quickly. I am impressed with the work they do. I was surprised how inexpensive it was too. Thank you 5 Star.

Ive had them fix my car once and I will be returning to them within the next few weeks because of my second accident! Very friendly people, easy to work with, and extremely helpful when you dont know how the whole process works. The last time they fixed my car they did such a good job and cleaned my car too! Not that I ever want to get in anymore wrecks but I will use them if I do! Highly recommend.
