Not good. They used subpar parts, paint barely lasted 1 year, and they painted the bumper a green gray instead of matching the gray to the rest of the car. The guys in the office were nice enough, but nice doesnt make up for horrible work. I have worked with two other autobody shops that were better and the car came back one color. Would not recommend and will not go back.

Both of my experiences have been great. Ive had two major repairs done through Schaefer, 4 years apart, and both have gone quite smoothly. Theyve finished on time, and everything has come out looking like new for me.

They are great. They fixed our Mazda 5 so that we couldnt tell it had been in an accident (or four accidents. That car was a magnet).
