I would like to share my recent experience with Auto Beauty Specialists under John Garber management. One morning I woke up to discover that my car was hit on the parking lot. I did get a note about the incident…along with the info that person who hit the car was not insured. Of course, there is never a good time to get into car troubles-but certain times are worse than others. New person to the area with new job, I did not know any auto mechanics to take my car to. In addition, new job schedule made it next to impossible to get rental car-unless, of course, I was willing to pay for extra days, taking and returning it over weekend. I called my dealership and they recommended Auto Beauty Specialists. The shop was pretty far from me and did not fall into “preferred for repairs” by my car insurance-however, I read reviews online and was so impressed that decided to go extra mile and use them. I am so glad I did as my experience exceeded all expectations! Prior to dropping my car off, I decided to drive to the shop myself and find out about the place. Once I met the owner, John Garber, I immediately felt good about my choice. I explained to him my predicament and he truly went above and beyond of what I expected to make sure things work out for me. Just to summarize: -so happened that Auto Beauty has been in the process of moving their location (by the way, their new location is great, with a lot of parking space), but I was concerned to leave my car at the new location as they literally were in the process of moving-owner John Garber offered to accept car personally on the weekend at their new location and specifically stopped by for me to do that. He also organized me a courtesy ride home that day-without me even asking for that! -they found more authentic parts for my car for the same price that my insurance paid for-even though my insurance only covered cheap version of it -they said it will take up to five days to get parts and complete repairs-and they did it in three -I was offered option of picking up car from whatever location is most convenient for me -the job was excellent-like nothing ever happened to my car! They also cleaned it and washed it. I never thought something good can come out of my car being hit and run-but I am so glad I discovered Auto Beauty Specialists and met owner John Garber! Let’s face it, there are tons of places where you can get your breaks fixed or bumper replaced-but how many places are there that treat you like a family and provide an excellent service for reasonable price? John is very easy to talk to, has great personality, he has been in the auto business for long time and can provide advice about anything you need related to cars. I highly recommend Auto Beauty Specialists for repairs you may need-they deal with all sorts of cars and provide comprehensive collision repair and more. - -

I called around trying to find the best place to get my car (worth $100k+) detailed. I am particular, but also new to the area, so I contacted a few places. When I contacted Auto Beauty Specialists, they said they were the best hands down and in a trusted location in Webster. They were also the most expensive at $300, but I wanted to find the best to take car of my car so I went with them. When I received my car back it had many little chips where they had buffed too hard and also the carpet had been faded gray (was black) from using a corrosive solution. This car was less than a year old. This was a complete mess and beyond economic for me. It wasnt about money, it was about an auto detail company not being competent and insensitive to an expensive automobile. My car had been scarred from being here. And I paid $300+ I do not recommend this place for detail work. I cannot comment on their other services. Best Regards

Safe yourself time and money and go elsewhere... I took my car here because I had tar splatters all over it. They provided me a quote which ended up being over $2,000. Most of the cost was labor (they claimed it would take 16 hrs.) Because of this price I decided to go through my insurance. The next day someone told me to try kerosene or gas to wipe it off. Sure enough it worked and only took me a few hours! Saying that I find it really hard to believe that these "professionals" didnt know how easily the tar could be removed. I feel like they took advantage of the situation (and of me.) I was able to cancel my insurance claim however it will still remain on my insurance record and may effect my fees going forward. This makes me mad because I would have never made a claim had they made an honest quote. I would never, ever recommend this body shop. They will lie to you.

I cant say enough about the staff and quality at Auto Beauty. I had a deep scratch down the side of my Audi. I drove around and got several estimates before a co-worker recommended me to them. I got an estimate (which was the cheapest) and scheduled. They repaired my car in the time promised and the final bill was less then the estimate! A part they had ordered came in cheaper than expected and was reflected on my bill. The best part, the car looked amazing! It was so clean and the color match was perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needed great service, an honest and fair price, and quality work. THANK YOU AUTO BEAUTY!

Worst possible experience. Proven complete incompetent at making straight forward repairs. Simply stated avoid at all cost. Update: Picked up the vehicle after 60+ days, alignment was off, bubbles in hood decals, one their employees maliciously loosened bolts on the rear tire carrier. Really? What a mess, now I have to take to the vehicle to another shop to fix the repairs auto beauty was paid to fix and then fix the issues that were introduced while the vehicle was in their possession - not even thinking twice about giving them a chance to mitigate the issues. Run, Run, Run- Avoid!!!

So glad my friend mentioned Auto Beauty when I got rear ended on 170. They took care of everything including getting the tow company to deliver the car right to the shop, handling the claim against the other guys insurance company, and even arranged a rental car. And they detailed my car so my car has never looked better. Hope I never get in another wreck ... but if I do I know wholl take care of it. Thanks !!!!!!!

Ive had body work done twice at Auto Beauty and each time had a fantastic experience. The last time, the insurance company tried to pull a fast one at the last minute and Dave went to bat for us and got the issue ironed out. I was traveling, so it meant a lot for Dave to take such good care of us. I would highly recommend for auto body repair- both big and small. Thanks Dave and the whole team at Auto Beauty!

Just picked my car that was hit including some damage to the frame and Auto Beauty Specialist took care of everything with ease. They worked with the insurance company so from my point of view the process was effortless. The repair to the vehicle was perfect,, absolutely no evidence that there were any issues with the vehicle. Top quality and fast service which is rare. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
