Horrible. Their quote for repairs said it would be a 8-day fix. After two weeks went by with no calls i called them. They said it would be another two weeks making it a month. How do you estimate time to fix so poorly?! Called again after a month and they said somehow the key was stuck in the ignition and that they were getting a specialist to come look at it. Another weeks goes by and another call to them only to find out they cannot fix the key which wasnt broken upon drop-off. They finally called and said the vehicle was ready but that the key was still stuck in the ignition and offered no way of fixing it. Picked up the vehicle and find out that they did not fix it entirely. The front wheels were way out of alignment still, the traction control would kick in for no reason and one tire would lose air. None of those items were that way when we dropped it off but none of it was on the estimate to repair so they just missed all of that. Horrible experience: poor communication, poor estimation of time to complete, poor quality of work. I would not suggest taking your car there.

We went to Dennys after our s_10 Was wreaked on a an ice covered morning in Jan .2017. In July we were told to take to Dennys auto so we did. We walked in and where greeted Jim .he did the estimate, we explanded that the guy that wreaked our car worked for him .he took key and told us that he would get a hold of him and workout a payment plan And let us know We were under the impression that that the shop would do the work Nope not the case the man who wrecked our truck fixed it on his spare time Left brake light is still out and tailgate doesnt colse correctly. So after 10 mo. Of waiting and very rude phone calls from some guy Ron we finally have our truck which was left at a postpost with the keys under the mat.very disappointed in this what seems to hire there wrk out to people as favors. J

I originally dropped my car off and was told it would take an estimated week and half and they calculated in the holiday that was within that period. Well 3 weeks later Im still getting the run around. You MAY save a little cash on repairs but if you have a rental like I did you will just end up blowing the cash you saved on the extra weeks for the rental vehicle. On top of that no body even bothered to call me to let me know it was going to take longer.....and I was pushed back on my pickup date 3 times(so far)! I had to call and ask. Well see what the repairs look like I guess.

I bought an old SUV and it was rode hard and put away wet. The body look rough and I did not think it was worth fixing up, but my wife loved the car. We called John, or Rob, (I honestly do not remember) and he said to bring it over for a look and estimate. We did, and he gave us a quote. The truck is black and as I said it looked rough, but when we picked it up a day later, it looked better than new. They did an amazing job in the detail work. I could not believe it, and it looked so good, it brought my wife to tears, beautiful inside and out! Id give the 10 **********

So far, not so good. I dropped my car off this morning at 9 AM. They gave me a ride home and as it now approaches 6PM, no car, no word, no answer (fax machine). This means (a) they dont know whats wrong or havent gotten around to it yet, or (b) theyre still working on it (without a pre-approval estimate from me first. Whats really bad (c) is that nobody reached out to give me an update, and now the phone answers with a fax machine...which means I could potentially miss my third day of work in a row without a car. This is NOT a good start to finding a new mechanic.

Im a week and a half overdue on my "loaner" car and they have repeatedly told me that my car would be done today. Every time I call them, its in "detailing"... So I walk there. I walked there from Crystal City and found my car to be a complete mess (so much for detailing) and theyre "missing parts, should be finished in the morning" Yeah, like it would be done last Friday, this morning, this afternoon, and now tomorrow? I guess well see. Meanwhile Ill borrow somebody elses car for another day.

I called just to ask a question and the secretary was quite rude. And hung up twice when I was only trying to get a quote for some work. But never even made it that far. She needs to be gone from that place asap
