I have used Concord Auto Body twice since I moved to St. Louis in 2010. I shouldnt be proud to announce that I have had two pretty bad accidents since 2010, but it happens! In 2012, Concord did a substantial amount of body/paint work on the drivers side of my sedan following a moderate "t-bone" accident where someone hit my drivers side B pillar. Although the repairs in 2012 took slightly longer than expected, Concords professionalism and impeccable work more than made up for any delay. When I had another unfortunate incident a few weeks ago - this time on my passenger side - I, again, called Concord. I trusted that they would again be able to perfectly match/blend my silver paint and that they wouldnt be pushed around by the insurance company. If theres one great thing about Concord its that they fix things right the first time and they dont skimp on quality. I picked my vehicle up today to find perfection - and then some. Concord repaired some existing damage to my rear bumper (damage that would not have been covered by insurance) for a nominal fee. They also repaired damage to a wheel which I had agreed to forego with my insurance company to save on my deductible - and all of this work appears to be PERFECT. Best of all - I know that if something doesnt look right or sound right or feel right - Concord will absolutely stand behind their repairs. I highly recommend Concord Auto Body and I appreciate everything that they have done to save my vehicle!! Thank you!

I went to their shop because a friend recommended them and the reviews was good.itwas a bad mistake,went to check the car after they finished it before it went to Volo for transmission issues after the accident the body lines was way off I asked them to correct them and they said the lines are fine, mind you 1/2 inch gap between drives fend and hood a 1/16 inch gap between the fender and hood on the passenger side ,the divers side door is a 1/4 inch lower than the driver back door and the back bumper is miss a lined also. Then to top it off a dent in the roof of my car that wasnt present when dropped off. Dominic told my I was out of luck they didnt want to work on my car to begin,my response was you shouldnt have worked on it then I would have been happy to take to another shop, and now I have to pay out of pocket to anther shop to adjust the body lines on the car and Im not allowed on their property and the warrenty is void. Use them at your own risk I wont .

I just recently had my Durango serviced at Concord Auto Body. I was very pleased with the results. My SUV is 11 years old. They did a great job repairing the damage and blending the new paint into the existing paint, matching it perfectly. The last accident I was involved in was over 27 years ago, so I wasnt sure where to go. After speaking to some of the "Concord Auto Body" staff, I decided to give them a try. It was the best decision I could of made. I would recommend them to anyone wanting professional auto body services completed in a timely manor.

Not very happy with these guys. I came down to the shop because State Farm recommended using them. I asked them to get me a quote that they could send to state farm. After a couple of days I called state farm and they told me that not only had concord not sent the quote to them, they couldnt because the guy that did my estimate didnt even bother taking any photos. Now I have to take more time off of my busy schedule to go get a quote (from a different place this time).

My family has been using Concord Auto Body for over 10 years.
