This is warning not to go to this salon. Im being honest. I had healthy and long hair and I dwas sided to perm my hair since my friends hair was looking amazing after she did her perm. My stylist was very nice. However, she seemed like she did not know what she was doing. My hair is basically burned but not like crazy but it is very freezing and its not even curly. It has some kind of shape of the wave and I know what a perm looks like. They tried to work with me and when I went there again they deep conditioned my hair because I was complaining too much. It looked ok after conditioning and she gave me some products. Now due to hair burn and it being so rough afterwards, after it dried my hair did not curled at all. They never gave me refund and Im already tired fighting about it because it makes me feel anxious. Im never going back. This was the first and last time I let them handle my hair and it turned out messed up.

I went to this salon wanting to get a perm to make my hair wavy. I dont know how many times i asked my beautician if my hair was healthy enough for this. Always getting a responce like "yes your hair is fine". Didnt even try a strand test on my hair... So next thing I know when the perm was done I had the most overprocessed hair ever. It was terrible. 2 years later it still is not back to normal and I have to put so much care in to it. When I went back to the salon to show them my hair they acted like they didnt care at all. I was so lucky to get my money back. They never even called me to see how it was going. Bad Customer service and this salon does not know what they are doin.

One of the worst haircuts Ive ever received. The shampoo was painful, so much, that I was tearing up by the end of it. I had a photo of what I wanted (it was myself with an old haircut), and my haircut ended up looking entirely different and when I got home and my husband was able to show me the back of the cut, it looked hideous. I felt like I was overcharged for it all, to top it off. Never coming here ever again.

Dont understand the negative reviews here. They do a very good job, Ive worked with a number of stylists, and each of them do fine. Of course its more expensive than a normal strip mall place, but if you actually want to have a nice hair cut done by a professional, youre going to need to pay a little more!

1st time going to this salon based on the Google reviews. Worst haircut of my life. Megan the hairstylist took off 4 more inches then I had asked her and there were no layers which I had asked for. She just cut straight through my hair like a piece of paper. Would not recommend at all.
