In my opinion, administration are wolves in sheeps clothing due to my experience with upper management. I believe staff may appear caring and compassionate with plastered somber faces, but in reality its a business, and in my opinion money and attempting to keep whatever reputation and power they have within the community are all theyre really concerned about. Also, a friend of mine had a disabled friend whos father passed away, and when he wanted to pray within the grief support group, it was frowned upon by Baue staff. Needless to say, I dont recommend using Baue.

I recently came here for a funeral. I found that the staff was very professional and courteous. The property and the grave sites are very well kept. I feel that the person I know whom passed was treated with dignity and respect. They have a chapel with beautiful stained glass windows and allowed the mother of the deceased to lead the funeral with music provided from her church. They provide tissues in the chapel behind the pews. I found the facility overall very tasteful and they helped facilitate a beautiful ceremony for a vibrant woman.

I had the opportunity to meet Kacie Derby at the Ofallon Chamber meeting. I have also had a lot of experience with Baue through out the years with several friends and acquaintances. After talking to Kacie and hearing about all of Baues community involvement I would highly recommend Baue for all your Funeral needs.

The lawn is very beautiful for such a sad place, though the serintiy had to be ruined by a "Baker" who was so rude I can only imagine how she treats the deceased as well... please learn how to speak to customers before exploding on them. Property 10/10 Customer interaction 0/10.

Staff is attentive, friendly, and helpful. Facility is very clean, well-kept, and laid out nicely. The staff does an excellent job communicating with the friends/family on the day of the funeral (explaining the schedule, where to go, how to get there, etc).

I have had 3 fellow firefighters buried here and I could not have asked for better care of my brothers! They treat every person here or gone with the utmost respect l!!!

As a facility it is nice, but glass wall parlors and an onsite gift shop make the experience macabre. No disrespect.
