Like many, I rarely make the time to write a review unless I’m exceptionally impressed or very disgruntled. My grandfather had passed away recently and we decided to go with Taylor-Cox Funeral Home. We were aware of the more economical rates that they offered as opposed to their competitor, and yet the professionalism and services provided were above and beyond my highest expectations. Kala, the director, was remarkably well organized and made the experience comfortable and smooth for everyone involved. I don’t know how he does it, but Rob is the most genuinely considerate fellow I’ve ever encountered; you can almost see the halo. Overall, this firm was 1st class, resulting in a well-orchestrated funeral service for my grandfather.

I have to say that I do not write reviews often at all. I am however thoroughly impressed with the new ownership at Taylor-Cox since taking over in mid 2011. Rob Taylor has changed the atmosphere of the funeral home to treat everyone as if they are genuine family. Recently we held a visitation and service for a relative at the funeral home which was handled exceptionally well. This is what led me to write this review. We were treated with the upmost respect throughout the entire process and Rob even had food catered to our church after the service as an extra. All in all everything was provided as one would expect and then taken up another notch with some extras not anticipated. Recommend to anyone.

Taylor-Cox Funeral Home-since Rob Taylor has started, he has made this funeral home the best in our area. People should really come and meet Rob and see that he is really looking out for the best interest of families during their difficult time.
