A disgusting and sleazy operation. First Red Flag - County Coroner has a private office "provided" to him by Robertson-Drago. Thats convenient. Second Red Flag- When Missi is asked about itemized billing for services and the response is "You cant JEW me down." Third Red Flag- When Missi is upset about the questions I am asking the day my MOTHER DIED, since this is new to me and Missis response is "We are having a rough day around here." They will never let you speak to "Mr. Drago" even when asked. He is in the business office counting the $5,000-$10,000 he made off of your loved one dying. Scum.

I went to school with Mr. Drago since kindergarten. When my Mama passed, even a well known schoolmate, Charles, was extremely professional with my family and myself. The one thing I will never forget was, after the graveside service, Charles walked over to me and extended his hand for me to stand first. Then everyone else stood. Charles, that meant the world to me. I appreciate you and your family. A big virtual hug n thank you.

I have dealt with RD too many times to count in my lifetime. Have never received anything but the utmost respect and professional care in every way possible! p.s. of course the coroner has an office there..he has been an employee there for many years.
