Ive been coming here for years because I love the Cotton Candy. Its always fresh. Well this time every bag of the Rainbow Cotton Candy was rock hard or really hard. Looked like the product had not been rotated. I bought what looked like a decent bag. The associate behind the counter was rude when I had told them about the it. Im not going to stop going to family video. Just this one. Im very disappointed in the product.

This place amazes me. You get discounts on movies when you order a pizza next door, there is a huge section of free kids rentals (what??) and plenty of dollar rentals to satisfy even the most miserly movie renters. Have also never had a problem snagging a new release we needed to see right away. Best of all? Super helpful, friendly staff!

The guy that I believe runs this store is extremely nice and conversational. I can’t believe I even has to go there, but when disney takes Star Wars off online rentals so you have to buy, I’m forced to. Overall, never had a bad time there.

Movie and a pizza is a beautiful thing! Always has the latest movies. Pizzas and sandwiches are good. Big salads too.
