After the remodel, a lot of the long-time employees were fired, and it really shows. I was charged a $22 late-fee because a new employee made a mistake and selected a one-night rental as opposed to a five-night, which I was told I was given. After explaining what happened, Family Video agreed to split the fee with me, but would not totally remove it. I have been a regular customer of Family Video for many years, and before the remodel, the service was excellent; low prices, very friendly. But with many of the old employees gone, the new crew has much to learn about customer satisfaction.

Love this place overall! Has a good selection of movies and not bad prices! The kids movie section is free and the family movies are only a $1. Its the late fees that kill ya though because they dont ever give you a piece of paper with the due dates on it and when your like me and get 5-10 movies at one time then it gets hard to remember due dates!

Cheap prices, plus they have a whole section of kids movies that are FREE to rent and you get for 5 nights. The staff is friendly. Awesome place to go!
