Paul with Mustard Seed has painted for us since 1986! He and his other painters do a fantastic job at a reasonable price! He just finished painting my parents entire house, inside and out, and the work was PRISTINE! The guys are very neat, TOTALLY TRUSTWORTHY, and they use top-notch paint. Paul would never skimp on quality and thats just one of many things I like about him and how he does the painting. He also is a very hard worker and gets jobs done in a timely fashion. No slackers here! Paul also knows how to do many home fixes besides painting. For example, we had to have two windows drywalled over on both sides to meet code. (These windows looked out into my parents garage, which was an addition in the 1960s) Paul insulated these on both sides, then drywalled and taped them with fire tape and re-painted them. And his fee to do this was very reasonable! The work is seamless, one cannot even tell WHERE the windows were! Alll in all, a terrific job. Thanks, Paul!

Paul did a world-class job pressure washing our house and vinyl fencing + balcony. The vinyl is all white, and before he worked his magic it was in bad shape; very grimy, drab and dingy looking. It had probably not been pressure washed in a decade. Paul hit it from top to bottom, side to side and got nearly every ounce of dirt, muck and all other foreign substances off. After he was done with the job, it sparkled and gleamed like new! And it still does to this day, months later. A very solid job by a very solid guy, for a very solid price! I highly recommend you end your search right now and give Paul a call. If you are looking for a pressure washing job that will blow you away, look no further than Mustard Seed Contracting!
