My total experience here was horrible. They are completely unprofessional. I went in to place my order and there was a bottle of Cooks Champagne open on the table. The girl with blonde hair helping me was texting and answering personal phone calls right in front of me while waiting for her computer to upload my files which never ended up working. They had to take my files to another dark haired lady who had a computer in the back. It took her 4 times of coming back to the counter with questions for me before I was invited back so I could explain what I wanted. I had to ask her if I could explain what I wanted for my files and for her to write it down. I spent 45 minutes there going through each file (about 20) and telling the lady what sizes I wanted each file, trying to make sure she knew what I wanted. The entire time I felt rushed, unimportant, and like I had to force them to listen to what I wanted. I told both ladies I spoke with I needed them by the next Tuesday (I placed my order on Friday) and they told me they would call me when my order was done. I called them Wednesday and talked to the blonde haired lady again. Not only had they not even started printing my order, but she still had NO IDEA what it was I wanted. I told her I explained it all to the other lady and her reply was "well Im the one who enters it into the computer and it doesnt make a whole lot of sense to me". First of all, if she was the one who needed to understand the order she shouldnt have had the dark hair lady helping me. Second of all, they both should have made sure they knew what I wanted before sending me out the door and making it seem like they did. Third, if they were not sure about the order they should have called me and asked, not waited until the day after it was supposed to be completed for me to call them. Every step of the process working with them was unprofessional, unproductive, and unfriendly on their part. I would NEVER recommend anyone going there.

Ive had good and bad experiences here, but mostly bad and the last one was the last straw. The girl with really short blond hair was incredibly rude to me, telling me I was wrong about something that I was not wrong about. One of her co-workers had to explain to her why SHE was wrong. Then to top it off, when my document was ready, which took a really long time compared to other experiences, it was filthy. They also do not have as good of a paper selection as say, Speedy Print. I have worked with people there who have been helpful, and unfortunately for the business, this one girl has completely ruined their reputation.

The staff at Allegra are exceptional. The printing is fast and good quality. But more than anything, the staff go over and beyond. They are great at tracking deadlines and details for our print jobs. I have worked with them through 5 or 6 organizations where I have worked or volunteered and every time they have been great. Ive had positive experiences with signs, mailings, posters, cards, raffle tickets, copies etc. They give a tremendous amount back to the community. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my printing and marketing needs.

When I started a new job for a local non-profit, I was amazed at how much of their work is donated to the community. When I called confused about my new job, the staff there took time to help me learn what needed to be done on my end and made themselves available for support whenever I called. The staff there consistently go the extra mile to help our non-profit to succeed in its mission and to make all of our publications look as professional and attractive as possible. I appreciate their service.

They were so easy to work with! We used them to create an eye catching mailer when we getting ready to open. They went above our expectations, creating a great layout, great design and generated the mailing list. We were so happy with their service we used them for a second mailer. When we opened ~46% of our clients came in due to the mailers!!!!! What a response! We were very happy and I will use them again in the future Im sure.
