USE ANOTHER SHIPPING SERVICE or a different FedEx Office maybe. BEWARE of the BAIT & SWITCH type SHIPPING COSTS. Nice, polite people, with a convenient location, who will quietly and politely bump up your shipping costs by 25-30% with a smile...while you are standing there in front of them. (I would give you all the details, but after calling the "We Listen" 800 number...and not being able to leave feedback because this location didnt print their 4 digit code on my receipt...and then calling the main FedEx 800 number, and being transferred to FedEx Office customer service in India...who then transferred me to the FedEx Office managers email that gave me the bad service in the first place...I get it...I get it...no one there cares what the heck happened...Im just one guy...and theres no one to complain to if you wanted to...it must just be standard practice. Just like the USPS...Just use USPS Priority and save the money.

I had some issues with another FedEx Print Center and this center at Dana Park not only rectified the mistake the previous center made, but did it at no charge! They did not have to do this! I had an major issue with some prints that I needed to have by today and Sandra was extremely helpful. She not only took the time to get it right, she went above and beyond to help fix the issue. I have been to other stores and the customer service hasnt always been pleasant. Sandra needs a RAISE!!!
