I have been to several local office max locations around the valley and these guys are my favorite. Several of the associates behind the print counter are amazing. They have only messed up a print/bind project of mine once out of about twenty times, caught it and quickly redid it. They often give me tips on sales and throw in small print jobs with my large ones at a discounted rate. They now how to run All the Adobe products and do a great job printing large graphic projects. A few of them are slower than others and a couple dont really know what they are doing but the full time employees that work the floor are fantastic and the manager is super friendly and helpful. Overall I love this location and recommend it, especially for people who print a lot.

Attempted to purchase laptop this evening [6:30pm Jan 27, 2017] and staff was more concerned about their plans for later on Friday night.. shift manager carried a conversation about personal affairs with an employee rather than assist me with what should have been a in and out super easy purchase... waited, waited, and waited some more.. until manager finally came to assist then couldnt locate the computer. Corporate or upper managment if you seriously care about stores, your shareholders, and your business.. train, council, and focus on customer service as this store is terrible. In short, walked next door and bought same laptop at Walmart and was in and out 5 minutes with way better customer service.

Accidentally purchased 50 cent blank index a few days ago and I needed lined. Went to do a simple exchange WITH a receipt! Didnt think it would be that big of a deal. But the supervisor on duty, Sebastian, was HORRIBLE!!! After being there for 20 minutes the exchange never happened and I ended just buying the second pack of 50 cent cards. Im blown away at how difficult he made it. And as I was leaving the store he said VERY rude things about me to Kyle the cashier in front of other customers. Even though he was the one who treated me like an inconvenience and a criminal. OVER 50 CENT INDEX CARDS

They are not friendly nor helpful at this location compared to the riverview location. When I asked a mere question regarding a particular product. The lady just pointed to it supposed location and left. Needless to say, I couldnt find it and left. I will not be shopping at this location.

Its a warehouse. You have to find it by yourself, or go find someone to ask, and then go find it by yourself. There is no one on the floor to assist. I predict the demise of retail businesses that operate in this manner.

Spending 250.00 and the credit card machine couldnt read my card and the cashier refused to manually run my card. So I went to staples no proplems and great customer service.
