I received the poorest treatment I have ever received in a store today. The two owners went out of their way to make sure I knew that my kids and I were not welcome in the store, even when my children did no harm and did not disturb any other customers. My kids were feeling a bit impatient after we had waited 20 minutes for a wrong order to get fixed. Instead of having a little empathy for waiting so long, and being kind to a young mother with three kids, he made direct personal insults and insinuated I wasnt a good mother because my kids werent standing nicely by my side the whole time. He even made reference to just having spent big bucks getting the windows cleaned, so my kids shouldnt be touching the glass. He cared more about his clean windows then a paying customer. Kindness and customer service matter, and it shouldnt matter who walks through the door, they should all be treated kindly - especially from the owners. Men who care so little about their customers dont deserve your business.

I am a screen printer who cannot afford to buy my own toner printer. I used to go to Fed Ex Office to print my transparencies, but all of a sudden, they wouldnt help me out on printing 11x17. I called other locations, but no Fed Ex would do it, siting that "they didnt have the materials" and "it would break our equipment" and "even if I brought my own transparencies, they couldnt print on them because they werent laser-approved or some BS (even though I purchased them at a FED EX OFFICE location)". On top of it all, they are just such dick heads there, so rude. They ALWAYS make me print on my own, and ALWAYS have to step in when their shitty equipment doesnt work. Fast forward to last month, after desperately needing an 11x17 printed for a job, I finally called Pete at AlphaGraphics. He was more than helpful, and I was in and out of there in no time with a great print. They are still helping me out today. THANKS GUYS!

I only come to this Alphagraphics when the prints I need are too large for the local printer I prefer to work with. My experience here has been hit and miss. The first time I placed an order on the web, it offered a 2-side foam-core mounted option for a poster which I selected. When I came to pick it up, it was only on one side. You could tell that they were bothered when I asked why it wasnt 2-sided. They told me they cant do it 2-sided. I asked why I wasnt notified and they just shrugged. Having returned for other poster prints I know not to go for 2-sided and thats fine. But every single time they say, "Well call you when its ready," they never do. Nevertheless, I still give them 3 stars because I know they will get the work done by the time I need it. Just know that they dont care for communication nor for a great customer experience.

I brought in some funeral programs to be printed. I had previously gone to another location, but it was quite far away from my home. Due to time constraints, I decided to try this Millcreek location. I was surprised when an employee suggested that I make a few changes to improve the way it looked. She pulled out her ruler and in precise measurements showed me where it would be cut. I appreciated her desire for perfection. I had done several programs with this same template, without needing to make changes. I did as she suggested, and it was much improved. She actually printed out a sample so I could see what it would look like. No other copy store did this. They got the job done in one day instead of two. The programs were absolutely perfect! I will be going to this location next time I need printing done.

I have worked with AlphaGraphics for years. Personally they have all been very pleasant to work with, willing to do quality work and always so very accommodating. I truly think Brooke is one employee that stands out and shines. She is one sharp cookie and can do miracles with just about anything you ask her to do. She is quick, fast and yet does a superb job. No cutting corners. Excellence is her standard. All of the employees are super helpful and so very willing to do their very best to help you accomplish your goals. Love this place!

Ive been trying to get a quote from Alpha Graphics for over a week. Ive corresponded with them over the telephone several times, each time with a new question they needed to deliver a quote. Been told I was going to be called back but they never return my call. I wanted to work with a business locally, but with websites that can generate quotes within seconds, why would I wait this long to get a simple quote? I cant imagine how long the actual work would take.

I put off going in because I was uncomfortable with my lack of knowledge on getting the things I needed printed off. The older gentleman helping me was unhappy with a coworker because he had not exited out of a program on the computer. Perhaps that is what started things off badly. He was very unfriendly. He didnt smile or do anything else to make me feel good about being there. I will find somewhere else to have my printing done.

I have to agree with the others here that the employees at this location are friendly in the least. Ive never printed business cards at Alphagraphics and it was basically pulling teeth to get information and help from the employee to decide the best solution. I ended up flustered and just ordered whatever he suggested but Ill be looking for a new printer moving forward.

What a horribly unpleasant staff! No smiles, no "Hello, how are you?" nada! It is like you are bothering them by coming in. The print job they did for me was good but I definitely dont want to go back. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. The guy there made me feel stupid for bringing in an image that wasnt perfectly aligned to be cut. Not going back!

I go to this Alphagraphics several times a month for various printing projects. They are amazing! I email them my orders, take files in on zip drives, or have them make copies. They have never made a mistake, they finish the orders the same day, and they are reasonably priced. They are great at what they do and I dont know what I would do without them!!

This alphagraphics location is awful. The personnel are generally grumpy. Im not sure if it is toner fumes, or something else, but the staff is very unfriendly. They printed a photo file for me that they resized, so when it printed, it came out very grainy. The next day, they were unwilling to work with me on reprinting it. Try another location.

This Alphagraphics location is a black mark on an otherwise wonderful organization. Dont expect the owners to treat you like a valued customer. Your dollar matters to them, but you do not. If you are between a rock and a hard place, and dont have another option, just make sure you deal with one of the employees rather than one of the two owners.
