I am in the process of a stressful move and had 11 LARGE and HEAVY boxes to ship and its December 13th! Trying to coordinate that from a timing perspective with the move and holidays was a nightmare. When I walked in with all of those boxes, I was expecting some serious eye rolls. Instead I was greeted warmly, given great advice to help with the coordination. Alexis and her team were AMAZING! Thank you!!! She helped me with the boxes, offered the "Hold" at a Facility where I was moving to in order to alleviate my timing worries, assisted me on the computer and was just a pleasure.

People are really nice but they never have enough staff. There is usually a line with one or two employees stressed out because there is not enough help. Its 4:30 on a Monday, there are 8 people in line and one lady at the desk. This is pretty typical.

Great place to ship things, send faxes, etc. Sometimes I drop off packages. Four stars just because they always upsell too hard/often.
