Alphagraphics printed such beautiful wedding invitations for us this summer. Im not exaggerating when I say that pretty much everyone we sent one to has gone out of their way to tell us how much they love the invitations. The process was quick and easy on our end. Alphagraphics really delivered. They printed our invitation, map, registry card, and the addresses on our envelopes. They made sure the colors looked how we wanted them to when they printed. They had us approve the final product before it printed en masse. They even worked with us when we wanted envelopes that werent from their shop. Andy Selco was awesome to work with. He went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted. While our project for the Alphagraphics location in Sandy wasnt quite in their purview-- most of their work is on business projects, not wedding announcements-- they were wonderful to work with and created a gorgeous final product. They offer all kinds of services beyond just printing, and even though I only saw a fraction of what they can do, I would recommend working with them for your next big project. They really deliver.

An absolute joke. It took almost 60 days to get my business cards ready for print. I gave them ALL the required information along with details and imagery. Come time for the 50% deposit, I ask for verification of the printed cards and stock being used, I find out they arent anywhere close to the order I asked for. Not only did they change my order but completely went another route without consulting me. They couldnt accommodate simple requests. Horrible response time and even worse customer service. I immediately canceled my order and have chosen to go elsewhere. Arlene has no idea what she is doing.

Very satisfied and impressed with how AlphaGraphics in Sandy helped our new law firm. In the past, our office used online printing services to create and print our business cards, but wanted to try something local. From receiving a quote for services to picking up our cards, Robert and the team at AlphaGraphics provided supreme customer service. I worked with a different Alphagraphics in Millcreek and their service was poor, almost like they didnt care about my order. I had to reprint my small order and they told me they didnt have time to do it and to call back in at least a week. Even though my order was small, the Sandy Alphagraphics handled it professionally, promptly, and provided a higher quality product than the first order I printed with the Millcreek Alphagraphics. All Alphagraphics are independently owned franchises and not created equal. When one location was too busy and somewhat rude when approached, I tried this location and Arlene was gracious and very efficient, even though I had an order with a very short turn around time. Arlene was very helpful and knew her stuff. Her great attitude and helpfulness will keep me coming back.

I needed some foam core mounted signs for a presentation that I thought would be a tricky order because I wanted them cut round, and of course I needed them next-day.
