I recently sang them praises because visiting their store is so much more convenient than maintaining my own printer that will inevitably end up on the shores of Africa. However, my recently visit wasnt so satisfying. I asked the help desk to take a large scan an e-mail it to me. The man working there, told me they couldnt e-mail me anything because it violates confidentiality. He then explained a 20 cent CD would cost me $10. When I got home the CD didnt work. Fortunately, the office is just around the corner from where I live. When I returned to the store, he only refunded $5 of the order. So, the CD that normally costs 20 cents was completely useless to me and still cost me $5. They seriously need to revise their e-mail policy, it is 2014.

Talk about a disappointment. Went in on a Thursday, and asked the gentlemen helping me to have the package delivered no later than Monday. He said it wouldnt be a problem. Went online the next day to track the package and make sure that everything was on schedule, and it definitely was not. It was to be delivered at the end of the day on Wednesday. Called FedEx customer service, and they said theres nothing they could do. While I was filling out a delivery sheet for my package while I was there, they were helping a woman with a billing issue from packages that she sent out from that location. They said that they couldnt help her either and that she should call customer service. Poorly ran establishment. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

I had an architectural plan scanned and when home I realized it was not completely scanned. This was incredibly inconvenient since I had to borrow this plan to have it scanned, which required an hour and a half of travel time. Before I left the store I asked the attendant to confirm it was on the thumb drive she scanned it to (which I was made to buy because apparently this location cannot email the file to me directly, and no, it was not that large of a file as I was told by the attendant), but apparently she missed that one side of the plan had not been scanned. I emailed and asked for a refund, but did not heard back. Poor customer service all around.

The only reason I go to this location is because it is so close and convenient to where I live. Every single time I come here, the employees are so carless, never accommodating, taking their time (not efficient or timely) and completely drone. They are never friendly and do the bare minimum to get a paycheck. Absolutely clueless when it comes to using the equipment and having good customer service. If you have the option to visit another location, I would recommend that. Terrible customer service here.

Great office! Manager Glenn is helpful and knowledgeable to help me send a software to a foreign country which required lots of detail and monetary value declaration. Store is well kept and staff is friendly and professional! Highly recommend if you need Worldwide shipping.
