The girl at the print center with the short hair was so rude. I would give zero stars if that were an option. I walked in to get some things printed out and she told me (in a very snotty voice) that it would be at least 15 minutes before she could even tho k about helping me because she was busy with another customer. I told her that I didnt mind waiting and walked over to the laptops. I watched another customer walk in and up to the counter and she helped him right away. So rude! Ill drive 15-20 minutes out of the way before I ever come back here.

Very helpful and friendly staff here. They know how to deliver customer satisfaction. Purchased some office chairs and they made it easy for me to make an exchange and even assisted me with unloading and loading everything in my car. When I called in to check on their availability and that I would like to exchange the items, they pre-assembled and reserved the items and had them waiting for me with my name on it later in the day when I got off work. Thanks gentlemen for the awesome service!

I came in and was hastily looking for an attache case to organize some papers during my job transition. I found exactly what I sought while simultaneously exploring deals on products I hadnt even considered to be vital to my mission. On top of all this, the young woman at the register was extremely kind and well adept at maintaining light conversations,sprinkled with useful information pertaining to topical subjects.

This is the Office Max by my office and they are ALWAYS reliable in the print shop. They can do so much and fast! Even carbon copies.... the best part is the staff especially Sandra she is always nice, quick, and efficient plus she is friendly and knows customers by name. She actually has saved my by delivering last second a few times. (The review below is ridiculous.)

Ruben is wonderful. Truly a master at his craft. His store is crammed with treasures and history. I spent almost two hours there talking about typewriters, the city, memories, etc. I also left with the most beautiful and pristine Olympia typewriter. I am so grateful that places like this still exist.

Worse customer service, and not knowledgeable. After rep fiddle around trying to figure out pushed me off to another rep. This rep told me too busy and couldnt tie up an available computer. Did not even try to assist.
