Didnt have the best experience here. In my opinion they are way overpriced. I had some cards printed. I asked them to print cards on some cardstock and it ended up being over $250. I wish they had told me the price before just printing it... but I guess you could say in part that was my fault for not asking how much it would be to print. Still, if they know the price will be that much, would be nice for a little warning before dropping the bill on me AFTER they had printed everything. They also misprinted on every single page, and wouldnt offer me a discount for it. Their editing programs on their computer didnt open my word document correctly, so there were issues. Once again this was in part my fault, because I should have saved it as a PDF and they did let me see one copy before they printed the rest. I just missed the misprints the first time looking at it... They did offer to reprint the misprinted cards, we just had to go and put them all on one page, then give them that one page to reprint. I had a pretty bad experience here, but if you come prepared, things will work out great for you. The prints looked great and they let me use their cutters to cut the cards. Overall I was dissatisfied with my service because of mistakes I made, I just trusted a little to much in them, and should have questioned more. I wont be using Fedex printing ever again though. My suggestion if you going here to print things is bring your document as a PDF and CHECK the price before you print, they like to charge a lot for printing.

The staff is friendly and nice! The reason for the 2 star rating is FedEx in general has a lack of integrated systems; I setup all of my shipments online with the web tool & my FedEx account, and would like to be able to come here and sign in and print sticker labels for fastest processing... Not an option. They have a self serve station, with a paper printer (you still have to deal with the airbill sleeves) and if thats not working then you have to have them build the shipment in their internal system and they have no way of giving you the 15% discount you get for using the web tool. FedEx is sooo close to being awesome...

FedEx Office in Ogden is awesome. There staff is super friendly and they get the job done. It is a little pricey but if you are looking for the best quality and quickest service thats what you are paying for. If you dont care to much about the quality of your order then there are plenty of other places that are cheaper. I use them cause I trust them to always get the job done quick and with the best quality. They are always friendly and Ive always been pleased. They also have discounts for students.

The five stars is mostly for their customer service! They ROCK! I had a presentation print that was needed ASAP and Nadia, the manager, pumped out my print job within 1 hour of submitting it online! I just wish the prices werent so high. I just hope the majority of those expensive print projects help them out in pay, bonus, benefits...etc. and not to some CEO in the corporate offices.

This store is more expensive than most and besides management that seems concerned about consumer complaints; I really cannot recommend paying more money for the same or sometimes worse offerings than what can found down the street.

I had a speech in which I had to use enlarged posters as part of the presentation. I went to the 36th Kinkos in Ogden and they charged me over a hundred bucks for 3 images.
