The wrap work was done appropriately, but the customer service is pretty bad. First, when I showed up for my scheduled appointment to have a wrap put on, they were not ready and had to reschedule. They claimed they just missed an email confirming the appointment from the vendor and didnt have the material ready for the install. Today I went to have the wrap removed for my 8am appointment and they said "they didnt have time to do it". Why do they schedule appointments if they cant honor them? Lots of other options out there. I would recommend shopping around for better customer service.

Was searching for a company to do a vehicle wrap for our new company and came across JC Printing on Yelp. Chad sent over a quote very quickly and within a couple of days of receiving the quote, I went and met with Julio to discuss ideas for the wrap. Julio is a wonderful designer and created a couple different options for us. We now have not just one, but two wrapped vehicles for two separate companies! They look great and we have already started receiving calls from potential customers. When we have more vehicles ready to be wrapped, we will definitely return to JC Printing!

Chad and Julio were great to work with. We were planning on wrapping a vehicle for a new division of our company and were so thrilled with the outcome of the first vehicle we decided to do a second one as well. Since it was a similar design they were able to squeeze it in to their production schedule. Julio was a pleasure to work with and listened to our concerns as well as helped guide us as he did all the graphic design work. We now have a beautiful rolling billboard for our company! Horrible Customer Service, Got a Estimate for one price then received a different one for a higher amount.. When I called to clear it up the Rep, Vlad Hung up on me and refused to allow me to speak to a Supervisor. I called back to make sure the call did not just get disconnected, he affirmed that he had hung up on me. He said he was too busy to deal with me and if I wanted there service that is what I had to pay. Good grief, I see where the customer stands for this company.

Very friendly down to earth business people. Julio accommodated my first-timer ignorance with grace and patience. The whole process was faster than I assumed it would be. The installation of my window wrap went smooth and looks great. Thank you JC Printing for doing a great job at an awesome price and for NOT buttering my biscuits with fake smiles and false niceties like other similar companies.

Ive been using JC Printing for over ten years and have found their service and printing quality to be top notch. Since I am not near their shop, I utilize their FTP upload site to provide my artwork and within a short time they let me know the artwork has been received and is moving into production. I will definitely continue to use JC Printing for my digital printing needs.

Great experience! Had 3 retractable banners made. Chad caught an error in my artwork and I was able to correct it and the banners turned out great! Super Speedy turnaround too! I was also impressed when I turned up to deliver the stands (because, yes they even loaded my stands for me with the banners), a gentleman came out to help carry them in. Very nice touch!

Love love love working with JC Printing! Their products are always top notch, Tom and Chad are awesome to work with, and everything is quick! Theyre the best in the business and make the whole process overall just an enjoyable experience!
