My sister went into this Office Max Location to print some important documents. It was few, a skinny white boy in the printing department was helping her and then told my sister - I DONT HAVE ALL DAY TO BE DOING YOUR STUFF! so my sister then left. When i called her she told me she did not finish printing all the documents because of what the boy told her, So of course i was furious because first of all its a STORE you work at a store to provide best customer service! second of all we are paying for the service you are not doing it for free!! third of all he could of said it in a different way and not how he said it!!!. So i called the location right away hoping to get a good out come. Another boy answered and i asked to speak to the site manager he said I am the manager asked him for his name he stated his name was Cristian so i told him the issue and he said - I WASENT THERE SO I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPEND. Are you serious!?? I just called and told you the issue just happend 10 minutes before and ive worked in customer service and i do know that if a customer is not happy you DO NOT ARGUE you apologize and fix the issue. So yeah this is the worst i mean the worst store and customer service that i have ever experience!!!!!! POOR MANAGMENT ALSO WHAT A SHAME...and then we wonder what our country is turning into!!!

A friend needed ink that was not on the shelf. When they went to the counter for help. The "girl" (picture teeny bopper zombie) said there were seven in the back and she grudgingly walked back. A few minutes later a male (second teeny bopper zombie) of the day walked up. We told him the girl was getting the ink. He said oh yeah that shipment came in Thursday (nows the time to mention it was Sunday) the ink is on a pallet. It will probably take a while. Ok my friend says. So then he suggests she order it, great idea so it will be here right now? Well no, a few days (5 at least being Monday is a holiday) or my friend can go to another store. What horrific customer service! They left and did go to another store and when she told me this story I had to post it. I wont be going to Office Max anytime in the near future I figure I will give my money to a store that cares enough to have some basic customer service skills.

I sent a document to be printed at their copy/print center, and the print came out crooked. They told me it was my fault and there was nothing they could do. There was nothing wrong with my file, their printer wasnt working correctly. I was forced to send the same file to another OfficeMax location about 5 miles away, and they printed the doc with no problems. My biggest turn off was hearing the people behind the print counter complain to each other that the customers dont understand their work load so if something gets messed up its not their problem. Not going back to this location again.

Awesome staff and exceptional service, even though they were short-handed. I initially spoke with Corey Mace the print supervisor and he was both helpful and knowledgeable. I returned later in the day with updated files and although Corey was gone I was equally impressed with the service I received from Maximillian, who helped me with some proof prints. I highly recommend this location and will be returning often!

My customer service representative was amazing! She provided excellent customer service. She was very patient with my answering my questions. She was very knowledgeable about technology. Anaya was her name. Her personality sold me on purchasing a laptop and printer. Great job!
