Worst Fedex location ever. My operations manager sent an important package I need for work to be held at the location for pick up. I received a text and called to verify it was ready for pick up, I was told to come by and get it. I drove the hour from Mesa to the location and when I arrived they informed me their ground driver had taken the package by mistake. After a few phone calls they determined it was still on the truck somewhere and asked the driver to return, they told me they would call when it arrived. It never did, they driver didnt return with the package instead he brought it to a distribution center and left. As of this moment the issue still hasnt been resolved and Im losing time and suffer negative consequences at work becasue I do not have the materials I need to run my operation. They also told me they would take care of refunding my employer for the trouble but have not done that either. ANYONE THAT SHIPS OR RECEIVES packages from this location BEWARE if it is important that you actually receive your package on time or it arrives on time DO NOT USE THIS FEDEX LOCATION!

On a recent trip, I was contacted by my wife who needed her laptop charger for work, and I inadvertently had left with it. By the time she noiticed i was just outside of Peoria. After a panicked phone call, i did a quick search for a fedex and was led to this store. Ive never had such outstanding service from a fed ex. I know most people only review to complain, but this store did a stand up job of getting my wife her charger that I felt compelled to take a moment and thank the late shift at the store for not only letting me in just a few minutes before closing, they didnt complain or act put upon by my late arrival, they just handled my business and got my wife her charger a couple days later. Thank you so much Glendale team!

Shipped all Xmas presents from this location...never made it. Tracker said it made it to warehouse and then nothing. This leaves it either lost at the warehouse or at this branch. How does a package run through a modern tracking system and not flag someone when a ship step is not reached? Instead after waiting we had to follow up and lets just say their inventory control still allows loss with "managers" standing by aloof. Will never....never...never ship Fed Ex again.

Today was my first time going to a FedEx store and my experience was amazing! The employees at this location are sooo friendly and helpful!! They are appreciated!!! Best customer service! Earlier that day I had went to a USPS for my first time as well and I had a horrible experience the employees were rude and unhelpful so I left and came here. So to be able to walk into FedEx and it being the complete opposite literally made my day! Thank you!

Customer service was TERRIBLE. I waited at the machine for 20 minutes with no help even though both of the people who worked there knew I was having problems. I got to the store at about 8:30pm and did not leave until around 9:40pm. My problem was never even solved. If I could rate this a zero I would. I will never go back!!!

Bad customer service. I was sending a package back exactly how it come and they were trying to charge me 3 dollars to fill the box in. I would be fine with paying 3 dollars if the package came with it and I didnt put it in but this was not the case. I sent it the exact it was shipped to me.

Worst service ever ! They up charged me to mail my fiancé his birthday hurry . His birthday is ruined , the package was stolen and I will never go back . I was fraudulently charged and verbally promised the package would reach . Beware before they urself you!

On 8/5/2015 I used this office to ship a package. The staff were uniformly courteous, greeted me with warm smiles and helped me complete the job faster than I would have done by myself. I would not hesitate to return or to send others here!

Super chill and quick. Both reps greeted me and assured Id be assisted when approaching the counter. The shipping cost was comparable to USPS, give or take a few dollars but more convenient if youre someone who works late.
