When you go to buy a printer and someone tells you how to save money on the ink (Instant Ink - $36 a year, all my ink is paid for) and the manager is telling me to get over $100 worth of ink cartridges instead...I dont feel they care about me at all. It felt like the manager was sticking her hands in my pockets. Its hard to want to go back after that experience. And the other guy was awesome! Sold me the best printer for me needs and tried to get me a great deal on the ink as well! I understand the store needs to make money, but at the cost of their integrity? Sad.

Back to school savings so I bought school supplies. A lot of the items were almost 50% off. One of the items (watch as you highlight highlighters) was offered in a 3pk at $3 or an 8pk at $14.?? so I took two 8pks to the register asking if they could give me a deal. Turns out the 8pk was only $8 anyway but there was no sale sign. It was a good visit!

I went in to find an ink cartridge and was assisted immediately. The staff was personable and knowledgeable. He took me right to the product I needed then the check out counter. I was in the store about 2 mins. It was fast and easy.

Whenever I visit here its not super busy. Its a little bit out of the way so maybe people dont visit because of that. Either way I get great service and the prices are the same as if I went to The Office Max in Riverdale.
