Wow, very poor service today. Dont expect white glove service here: I spoke with three different people; one at this store and two more at the call center. They all spoke down to me in a condescending way. In my experience; employees working with a company that has poor policies will be the recipients of abuse from unhappy customers. After a while the employees get sick of it and just start abusing customer themselves. I suspect that has happened here. I feel sorry for the employees but they still get the "Poor-Fair" rating from me.

Ive stopped here several times for both shipping and printing services. The staff was friendly and service was quick. Prices are in-line with what you would expect for this type of store.
