Wonderful job again Ogden Blue!! My last print job was once again exactly what I needed and I thank you all for the amazing quality and service that you all continue to provide! There is a reason that you are the only print company I rely on for ALL my printing needs! I have yet to have even a mediocre experience with your staff and the quality of printing has always been amazing! I will continue to bring you all of my printing business with a smile on my face! My previous printing experiences with Ogden Blue have included Gallery Wrap Photos on canvas, Business Cards, Photo enlargements for Art Shows, Calendars, Promotional Fliers, and they of course have a great selection of art supplies. That I have noticed the pricing for the service received has always been fair, they are not always the cheapest in town but I think they are definitely the best. Service for the quality received has ALWAYS been top notch, on more than one occasion they have rushed a job for me and the quality has never suffered! More than anything else though I really appreciate how welcome I feel with every visit! All I have to do is walk in the door and I am greeted by name from multiple staff members. The attention to detail that I look for is always there! You have a customer for life!! Thank you Ogden Blue!!!

Notice 4 out of 5 reviews says "poor to fair"? They are right. Ive tried using them as I would rather shop local, but they consistently offend, demean, and overcharge me. I get better service, pricing, and faster response time at Staples. Staff at Ogden Blue have extremely bad manners and poor communication with customer and amongst each other. Every time I walk up to the counter I am made to feel like I have the privilege of speaking with them. Usually my question can only be answered by one member of the staff and it may take 20 min waiting in person or 2 days to get a response. They do not accurately bid orders (hidden costs) and are extremely slow in getting things done. Not to mention they are usually grossly overpriced. It makes me sad, because I want to reward local businesses. But honestly Im ashamed that they are part of my community.

Ogden Blue has the worst customer service in this world. I have recently tried to get some print work done through them, as I have for YEARS, but I was treated so poorly that I will never set foot through their doors again. They told me things would be done on certain days, and that they would give me a call when I could come see my proofs, but those calls never came, and so I called... just to be told that they were printing it "RIGHT NOW" and that I would get a call when it was complete later that day. NO CALL. I finally got them to admit that they were waiting for a printer part and my order wouldnt be started for weeks! HA! Why the lies Ogden Blue? Well, in return you lost this customer and I will never speak a good word about the business, or refer someone there EVER AGAIN!

I have found that supporting local business when it comes to print for a small business is not easy. I have used multiple shops in the Ogden area, and Ogden Blue delivers every time, in a VERY timely manner compared to the other local printers. I think its hard for print shops to work with small business as it costs them more, but Ogden Blue has been so great to work with. We have been in business for nearly 2 years and Donna has always been great to work with, from our initial design to helping us scale up. She even went above and beyond recently for a label issue we were having, solving the problem without us asking her to. I called Ogden Blue to see if they could frame a painting for me. The framer told me she wasnt sure if she could do and would have to see it because it was a large painting. I was fine with that. I told the framer I was going to load it up and head over. I got there 20 minutes later, unloaded the painting and the frame. When I asked for the framer I was told "hahaha she just went to lunch and wont be back for at least hour hahaha". Well Ill laugh every time I tell someone how bad my experience was there, not courteous and very unprofessional I wont be back.

My experience with Ogden Blue has been great. I work for an engineering firm and Ogden Blue services our LaserJet printers as well as our large-format Designjet printers. Recently we had a rush job on a large number of 22"X34" prints, and we ran out of paper. This happened late in the afternoon, and getting paper delivered was impossible. Ogden Blue stayed open late so that we could come to their office and pick up four rolls of paper. Thanks for the great customer service!

I have been in multiple times. I have called and left my name and number for "Donna" to call me back so I could get some custom made mats for my photos. Donna has not returned my calls and does not want to help. I called one day just to see if Donna was there and of course she answered the phone. This place has awful people running it. They need to read these reviews and change. Call me if you need to Ogden Blue. Donna has my number.

I was completely happy with Ogden Blue. They took our family picture and stretched it onto a large rectangular canvas. They were quick (4 business days), courteous, and professional, and most of all the picture came out beautiful and we love it!

We have always been Ogden Blue fans, I wouldnt go anywhere else... But lately, their customer service has been horrible! So if being treated like a human being is important to you, DONT go to Ogden Blue. I repeat, DONT go to Ogden Blue.
