I first stumbled across vivyx through a random Google search. I needed a very large photo (24x36) and didnt necessarily want to pay big bucks for it. When I went to their site I thought the prices were too good to be true, but after reading a couple of reviews I decided to go for it. I was hoping to have my picture by Christmas, but didnt find them until the Sunday before Christmas. I thought there would be no way that I would have it in time, or that it would truly be the quality that I was hoping for. However, I paid for rush shipping & processing (late Sunday night) and crossed my fingers. After placing my order I wasnt positive if I had ordered right to ensure prompt delivery. I emailed the company to see if I could get an idea of when I could anticipate delivery. I was super pleased to be followed up with so quickly (the next morning). The employee that I corresponded with (cant remember their name or title unfortunately) was amazing! They quickly looked up my order, and ensured me that my order would arrive soon. I felt so valued & taken care of as a customer by Vivyx. I was absolutely stunned when my picture showed up on the Thursday before Christmas! When I pulled it out of the box it took my breath away with how perfect it turned out. The original file I uploaded was an iPhone photo, so to have the clarity it does in that size is phenomenal in my book. The picture was also well packaged and care had been taken to ensure that it would not be damaged. My experience with this company has been fantastic. Since my order I have been and will continue to recommend friends and family to this company! SO much better than shutterfly! Not to mention, they dont charge outrageous shipping prices like shutterfly does. Thank you very much, Vivyx, for being a fabulous company with excellent customer service, and quality products! I will be a customer for life!!

Contacted Vivyx because of their great price on a 24 X 36 poster. Read some pretty good reviews so I placed the order. The poster arrived quick in the mail. Unfortunately, it came out much darker than smaller prints I had made of this same picture. I contacted them and at first they resisted reprinting. They finally agreed to reprint my poster if I sent them a lightened version. I did so. A few days later the same, original darker version of the print arrived. I contacted them again and received no response, and no refund. I give two stars for them giving some effort and trying, but ultimately I had to go elsewhere to get a corrected poster made.

As a graphics professional, over the past 4 years I have only used Vivyx for my large format printing. In the past Ive tried so many other printers and been disappointed. But with Vivyx I continuously receive perfect prints, great personalized service & attention to MY detail. Theyll call me if theres a question about a file, and they have repeatedly offered excellent advice that is obviously drawn from their years of experience. And I will gladly back up this review should anyone care to ask.

First off let me say this, if you are not getting your prints done at Vivyx then you are not getting the professional printing service you are looking for. Dan Hill and his crew are top notch and go beyond professional service. I have not had on order go beyond the promised date and matter of fact they have been done earlier than promised. Vivyx is one of the best places to get art printed. They are cheap, fast, and local. They offer a variety of substrates such as canvas and metallic paper (I hear more is on the way!) If you have a special request that is not offered on the website, give the owner a call. He is friendly and willing to work with special requests.

My 24x36" graphic printed on premium matte paper and mounted on foam core was exceptional. It was cut at exactly the margins I had on my file setup. The colors were vibrant and spot-on. Their customer service was thorough and prompt, and their help with my order guarantees I will be ordering again with Vivyx!
