Summary: unprofessional, poor customer service. save your money go to the UPS store or kinkos. I shipped an item to idaho from utah through these people and was "promised" it would be there within 2 business days. I tracked it on FedEx 3 days later and it was scanned in FLORIDA. I. I then called and spoke with the owner of Fox copy/print and was told to call Fedex 1800#. He refused to even track the package for me or help get to the bottom of the issue. He kept referring me to the 800#. I understand it is FEDEX who ships the box, but was amazed at the poor service/lack of concern from Foxs whom I shipped through. I also asked him if I would qualify for a refund since it is now over 4 days late... He said that ground didnt qualify for refunds. (wrong) After talking with fedex, i learned that it definately does qualify for a refund, but they would have to refund the $ to Foxs, then they would need to pass the refund on to me. ***The nice woman at FedEx mentioned that this is a common thing for dishonest shipping outlets to do- when any shipment is late, the store will call and get a refund from fedex, but never pass the money on to the actual customer! *** (I gave this store a chance as opposed to kinkos or a major chain because I try to support local businesses; but after being charged 15.00 for a USED/taped box which I could have pulled out of the trash if I had known, passed off to call an 800#, and lied to about recieving a refund, I wont make that mistake again.)

I am totally dumfounded at these reviews... Personally my experience with Desert Fox Graphics was great! They redesigned my property map, logo, floor plans at a great price I shopped around and they offered the best. Im in Texas and Im kind of a complicated person to work with and a bit needy. haha They were always professional and quick to get my products complete, we did have a issue with the brochures it was more than my budget would allow for that month. The Manager stepped in and offered me some options and worked with me to afford it. (which they are not cheap anywhere for the quality I wanted trust me ) Who does that these days? They were so professional and when I couldnt make my mind up Rose stepped in and gave me a few options. I uploaded some photos and a email conversation so you actually know Im a legit customer.

Having just moved from Ft. Union (where I was right by FedEx Kinkos), I thought it was pretty convenient to have this place close by. When I got there, he very quickly opened my file and printed my copies. He was very polite. I wish that made the whole experience good. Granted, I should have done my homework and called ahead for pricing, or asked for pricing before I let them print what I needed. Having said that, I was speechless when my 12 color copies on standard white paper totaled over $13! $1 per copy is pretty outlandish, I think. Its $.69 at Kinkos, which I still think is high. $12 more and I couldve just bought myself a new color ink cartridge and printed my own papers. Not to mention that the only color on my copies was a tiny little firework graphic. I will probably drive farther for cheaper options next time.

Just found out via Fedex that Desert Fox charged me $45.00 to ship something that Fedex charged $9.77. When i spoke to the turd at the store to find out if there was a mistake he told me he can charge whatever he wants and that he has to "keep the lights on". I specifically asked if there was a cheaper alternative and he told me that hes the cheapest in town. $35 profit for printing a label! Price gouging and terrible customer service. Go elsewhere and lets hope this place burns to the ground. Also, the place just has a "rapey" sorta vibe to it.

Hope and pray that one of the young guys is there to help you. The older gentleman and lady that I assume own the place are out of touch, and only seem capable of helping with simple things like making copies. Otherwise, youll be asked to wait until one of a couple younger guys (who only seem to be there sporadically) comes back. Ive had this happen several times, this is not a single occurrence.

This place is the worst business ive ever had to deal with! The old guy was watching my 7 year old daughter and playing with himself behind the counter. I could clearly see what he was doing in the glass reflection. When i caught him he denied it and said he was itchy and then kicked me out of the store. Ive never felt so violated in my life!!! Please avoid this place, very disgusting!!!

Had a microchipped minivan key copied there. They sis the cut wrong, so the key didnt work in the lock or the ignition. Foxs offered to refund the cost of the copy, but refused to pay for the key they ruined. These keys are not cheap. Now Im out the cost of the key because they screwed it up. Will not go back.

I have worked with Foxs for years and have loved it! They are quick to get my orders done and to me. If there is ever a problem they are quick to fix it. From large projects in the hundreds to the smallest 1 item order, they have been nothing but outstanding. I highly recommend them.

Horrible place! Price gouging and unethical practice. You dont need to hike your prices up 400% on every customer who walks through your doors. Avoid at all costs. Drive to a more reputable place who wont rip you off!

Nice guy, but he had a hard time opening a basic MS Word .docx to print because they dont use Microsoft stuff here and their version of Word was too old. Make sure you bring a .pdf copy to print...
