I brought a very sacred image for laminating, I explained the importance of it to the employee, because the background is black, I made sure it was totally clean before leaving it. He explained to me all the risks that could happen and that they werent responsible if something happened while the process like a bend or an air bubble. I went and picked up the image the day after it was supposed to be ready (5 days after I brought it), I was told to come back in an hour as it wasnt ready yet. The "printing specialists" rushed the work as 20 minutes after I received a call telling me it was ready, leaving big dirt particles on top of the poster, occasioning air bubbles and damaging the image permanently. The picture was laying there for 5 days by then. The employee who did the work (who wasnt the same one I talked to) didnt took the time to clean it before laminating. What makes me more upset is that he denied it, saying the poster already had that dirt on it when I brought it, the supposed "printing specialist" lied to me saying he cleaned it 3 times before laminating it, obviously just justifying his error. They explained me the risks of laminating, but never mentioned that someone there could have his lunch using my image as a mat. At the end they offered me not to pay for the service, of course I was not going to pay. This printing came from a Temple in India, it was worked by monks, theres no way for me to get another one as theyre not for sale. I would understand if it was air bubbles but not this negligence. If you really care about your photos or posters, go somewhere else, dont take the risk in this unprofessional place. Im posting only 2 pictures, but there are more dirt-food encapsulated bubbles all over the image.

Ive used Printing Specialists for our work promotional materials for years. It was only natural I would go to them for my wedding as well. As always, from the sleek and cool bachelor party invitations to the elegant table place cards, everything was perfect. I wish I could upload a photo to show their amazing work. But the true reason I recommend them is their service. In my rushing to catch my flight (to the destination wedding), I left my carryon bag with ALL the printed materials from the reception in the terminal (table cards, place cards, etc). As soon as we landed, and it was clear the bag was not able to be located by the PHX airport, I called Helen at Printing Specialists. She simply said, "Oh honey, dont you worry about a thing. Weve got this." She took a phone number for my assistant and within an hour or so, had the ENTIRE order printed and out the door. My assistant made it on time, and no one had any idea. The people at Printing Specialists care about their clients, not just their bottom line. I cant recommend them enough!

We recently had a trade show in Scottsdale, and Printing Specialists took care of virtually everything! They held my hand through the entire process of creating a booth, all associated printing needs, and delivery!! And, when I called them panicked because I forgot a sign board that I needed for our hospitality event, they came through for me, again! I worked solely with Sharón on this project, and I have to say he was terrific! However, I do know that no small business is what it is without the support of an entire team. Update: While I am still not happy with the embroidery job that was done, I have to say that the owner reached out to me and did everything he could to try and save our account. Provided wonderful customer service! I really dont like to write negative reviews because I know the impact they have on businesses, but I felt it necessary to say that the poor embroidery design, plus the followup customer service were not good at all. Not sure if everyone that works here is overwhelmed, or if workmanship and saving customer accounts is not that important to them, but I will not be giving my business to Printing Specialists again.

Printing Specialists is the best for several reasons - high quality in-house design, versatile print formats, friendly and more importantly high quality service. These guys bring a depth of professionalism that I havent seen at most print shops. And the pricing has been very reasonable.
