I dropped off a tire that had a pre paid label. Using eBays shipping calculator and my precise scale and accurate dimensions to purchase. I dropped it off and they added an $11.00 surcharge for no reason. Tried to say they packaged it but it was a motorcycle tire and is rated at over 150 mph while in contact with the highway. I think is safe to ride in the back of a truck without a box like the dozens I have sent before. The dimensions where exactly the same in and out but the weight somehow went from 13.88 pounds to 21 pounds. So they put it in a 7 pound box with the exact dimensions as the tire? So, I went to the shipping calculator and input their out weight and dimensions and it would have only added $3. The buyer said it didnt arrive in a box so what happened? They burned me! I removed the shipping by FedEx option on all my listings. I will be contacting the BBB next and writing a few more reviews.

This location is severely understaffed, and has been each time i come. Susan tried to up sell me additional packaging. I declined and explained I was confident with my packaging and would bear responsibility. She became very agrees Ive and dismissive after that. She walked away and worked with three other customers while I waited for her to come back and finish my order.

Melanie and Mason were so good to my family during a difficult time. We needed last-minute programs for our childs funeral, and we ran into some snags. This location went above and beyond to make sure we received beautiful programs in enough time. THANK YOU!!!

Melanie refused to ring me up for Tic Tacs when I asked if we could try my phone to pay since I had forgotten my wallet. Not sure why she was so adamant in denying my request but she acted very rudely.

It is not in this neighborhood as the directions show. It is in the strip mall where the new wal-mart is. At the "gravel pit".
