LEHI STORE IS THE WORST AG I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! I have now visited the Lehi store 5 times in the past year and EVERY TIME they get something wrong or make me wait a ridiculous amount of time for 5 copies, or make me feel like Im putting them out by needing stuff printed. Today was the last straw. They over promised, under delivered and they did a crappy job. They werent organized in the least AND it took them like 15 min just to check me out!!! I go to Alpha Graphics because in college i used the Provo Alpha Graphics and LOVED it. I will drive 20 miles one way to place an order at the Provo one from now on, seriously that is how ridiculous the Lehi AG is! If you are a little guy, dont bother going to the Lehi store, they could care less about you. Drive to another Alpha Graphics. I wish they would just close it down for walk-ins be because Lehi clearly cant handle simple orders, or hate people who want to place them.

Years ago when we lived in Provo we would always go to the Alphagraphics in town. Service was always great and professional. When we moved to Alpine we tried other Copy and Print Companies... never with the result of Alphagraphics. We were thrilled to have them open a store in Lehi. Weekly we have design projects that need professional output and they always come through. Valerie at the Lehi store, makes me feel like my projects are the most important jobs there and she makes sure they are done right. One time we had a funeral program that was time sensitive and over the weekend. She came in "after hours" just to get it done for us. The service is great and they know what they are doing. We have never had a bad experience working with them. There are many print places around but we wont go anywhere else.

I was unimpressed with AlphaGraphics, I heard great things so I went there to print a 16X24 print ad assignment for school. When I asked for the size they said they didnt have it available, I told them to go bigger so I could cut it and when the lady printed she used the wrong paper, acted as though it was my fault some how, and than had me pay for it? I figured maybe she was new or something. I had her print it again on different paper and when it came out the print was awful. It was blurry and the colors were not even close to what I wanted. I ended up going to Costco and the print looked amazing. Took a bit longer yes, but they did a really good job. So unfortunately I would not print there again for anything important.

My husband needed a book binded. When I called I spoke to a male who was okay, wasnt sure of prices but gave me a good price after waiting for him to figure it out. When I got there I got a different price from a younger lady. I explained that I needed it in two different books.. She advised that it was so think of a book that they couldnt do it in one binding. The books were promised by 2 pm and they called at that time and said it was ready. When we got there they binded both books into one. When we asked to fix it.. they were nice about it but it was poorly done. Im giving 2 stars for the young lady being nice, but not really following through with my order as promised.

I was looking for a professional company to print a family book. I searched online and they were the first company I came across. They were very easy to work with and took good care of me and what I wanted done. Working with this company was a great experience. Troy was the one that helped me visually know what I would want and recommended. He took care of all my concerns and the book turned out better then I hoped. I had a great experience and I will use their service again. They had great customer service, very friendly, and communicated well. Thanks again for the great experience! Jeannette

West Jordan Alpha Graphics. Horrible customer service. Waited for 4 minutes before anyone came to the front desk and then she gave no apology or explanation. Just a very sour attitude. No "hello" or "may I help you". She actually put away some paper products first and then just looked at me. I took my business elsewhere and had it completed within the hour with the friendly staff from Fedex. Sorry Alphagraphics, West Jordan. You use to have great service and a helpful staff. I for one will not return again.

I went to get some flyers printed. The lady at the front desk told me that she would not be able to get them printed for over a week and that she didnt even have time to print me a sample. Then another lady (Debra) came in and she was so nice and very helpful. She told me she could print them that day and printed out a sample for me. Debras customer service skills are excellent and I enjoyed working with her. Although I was unimpressed by the quality of the prints and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The Lehi Alphagraphics should write the book on customer care, if they didnt already. Their team is so confident and comfortable under extremely short deadlines, which takes some pressure off of you when you are under the gun; just hand off your project to them and they will deliver with zero hassle. I typically work with Kynaston who goes above and beyond for every project that Ive brought to her. I cant imagine working with another company at this point.

Alphagraphics always does an outstanding job of keeping up with my companys orders. Micah, especially, gives outstanding customer service and pays attention to details. He is always willing to go the extra mile if we have a rush job. They always provide the highest quality of materials for our company and have a lot of checkpoints in place to ensure the orders placed are completed correctly. Alphagraphics went above and beyond. Their response time was exactly what we needed. We asked Phil how possible it would be to same-day our order and he told us that would not be a problem. We were expecting the order to be finished sometime after 3 pm. They called me at 2 PM to let me know that our order was finished. Thank you for going above and beyond Alphagraphics!

I didnt have a good experience. When I called their number it said their location was Provo, but theyd already moved to Lehi. Also, theyre not open on Saturdays. They didnt have a wide selection of papers and the customer service wasnt that great. It wasnt bad, but the employees just werent that helpful. I decided to go with CatPrint and Im happy with the result.

This Alphagraphics is on top of it! We had them do a few things for our family business and Shylee got back to us so quickly and gave us great customer service. She was also very friendly and nice! Will be back because of the great experience she gave us. Murrays location lost our business because they never got back to us & seemed too busy to want to help us.
