I was a temp for a year and a half and was always treated with the highest level of respect and courtesy! Everyone in the office is super friendly and I got plenty of calls for work - sometimes even had options of which one to go to! Work was varied and my time was always appreciated by both Express and the clients. If you felt like you didnt get calls, then you probably didnt show much motivation, frankly.

Im not entirely sure why the other reviewers had the experience that they did, but I dont think its typical. I had a good experience with these folks; they were consistent and called me when work was available. Checks came when they were supposed to and I never had any issues. They will only call, however, when they have work youre qualified for.

I am an employer and working with Express has made my Job experience a lot more manageable. They have been very helpful and easy to work with as well as very professional. I would like to give them 10 stars but since theres only five I will give them a thumbs up to go with it.

Express Employment in Missoula is the worst of their franchise offices that Ive worked for. They are inefficient, inflexible, and will flat out lie to you about the availability of work. Would recommend applying directly to businesses rather than any temp agency.
