I posted a job looking for construction laborers $1850 to $1950 an hour I ran for 30 days I received only 12 resumes out of the 12 resumes I had 4 return phone calls out of the 4 return phone calls one person took the job. I was offering 12 to 15 positions will train. So I call the unemployment office and ask them if everybody in Utah had a job there comment back to me was( we cant make anybody take a job). I understand that but why do we keep paying the unemployment benefits? sad state if I didnt have a job and had a chance to make that kind of money so my family could eat instead of sitting on my butt collecting unemployment benefits I wouldve been all over it and I would be extremely embarrassed to look my family in the face each day.

The whole of DWS needs serious overhaul on their customer service. I got hung up on. Further more why are there 5 different phone numbers all for different things. Why cant you call one number and be transferred to the department you need to talk to. Kind of a shity way of doing things. #farfromconvient.
