I travel for a living and am constantly having to change salons. I have tried many, literally across the country, this morning was one of the best experiences I have had. The salon was nicely decorated, clean and friendly. I booked online. My stylist was ready for me when I arrived (a few minutes late since I got lost). She was polite and professional. I have naturally curly and unruly hair that requires certain accommodations in the cut. I told her my preferred style and explained she would be trying to correct a mistake from a previous stylist. (A huge divot that was cut out in the back of my hair). She was able to give me the best cut Ive had in years while evening out a full inch discrepancy in length. I wish I could take her with me when I move on to my next assignment.

The Razors Edge really surprised me. I went in for a cut and a color not really sure what I wanted. And I had the pleasure of getting the nicest stylist Ive ever had. She was very patient with me the whole time I was explaining (mind you not very well) what I wanted to do. Rest assured she gave me a cut and color I was truly proud to wear out of the shop. :) But what really amazed me was how upbeat and friendly everyone was that worked there. This group is really an award winning team of people that work hard on making sure you never leave disappointed. I fell in love with the Razors Edge and I feel Ill never look back. So if you love your hair as much as I do I highly suggest going down and checking them out.

Amazing!!! Love the on line booking. I get my hair cut and colored at this shop. One time I might be blonde and the next time black. What ever I want they can get me. I also like the fact that if I go black and then want to be blonde that they dont just slap bleach on me and tear up my hair. It might take longer but at least I dont have to shave my head when they are done because my hair is still in good condition. Loved my last color, I wanted black and red and they gave me a bright red that has lasted over a month and still looks great. what made it better was they didnt have to bleach me out before putting on the bright red like other salons have too.

Most loving stylists in town! I go there just for Heather or Beth is great with my sons as well, But they are all amazing, friendly & kind! Make you feel like youre part of the family of the hard working experts there! Always accommodating to schedule you in when best for you! Great we have such a professional salon right here in Kearney! My boys love everyone there & they are always calm & welcoming to my youngest who is a little on the shy side when it comes to getting a hair cut! Plus everyone is knowledgeable about product & what I need for my needs in product!!! Best in town!

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR COLORED HERE!!! .....It was the worst experience Ive ever had at a salon. I was literally crying when I left. They had to dye my hair 6 times until it was the right color and even then it was still cheap looking. Ive done better dye jobs at home for $20....And when I got my hair dyed the same color at a different salon, it looked amazing, and the ONLY fixing they had to do was touching up my roots.....So unless you want to have cheap looking hair, DONT GO HERE!

I have had a great experience with this salon. Love the environment, and the people who work there. A great bunch of girls. I dont get that snotty attitude that you can often get in other salons in Kearney. And for the other reviews on here, I have to question what you have said, especially the bad reviews, have you ever really set foot in the building?? To Shelly and the other girls, your doing a great job, keep it up. I would highly recommend you to anybody.

I went in Saturday October 15 for a pedi with my cousin before one of our cousins wedding. Well, I paid 35.00 for a pedicure that 3 days later the paint is chipping. The girl doing my pedicure didnt even know what she was doing she kept asking the girl doing my cousins what to do next and honestly my toes look like a preschooler painted them. If I ever have to come back to Kearney I will not be getting my nails done here again. So unsatisfied.

Ok, so normally I just throw a box of drugstore color on my hair to cover the gray, but I thought Id treat myself to a nice color and have some fun. Jackie was great at helping me select an all over color that would look nice and help my red peekaboos stand out. She really listened to what I wanted and how I wanted it done. A few girls from my work (who always have cute colors) recommended this salon to me for the fun colors are great price.

THIS SALON SUCK...THEY DONT EVEN USE PROFESSIONAL LIGHTENER ON YOUR HAIR. THEY BUY IT FROM SALLYS. PROVEN FACT. EVEN THEIR RELAXERS AND PERMS ARE BOUGHT FROM SALLYS. IF I WANTED SOMETHING CHEAP I WOULD DO IT MYSELF. IF I GO TO A PROFESSIONAL SALON I EXPECT PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTS TO BuE USED IF YOUR GOING TO CHARGE ME PROFESSIONAL PRICES.

Showed up to an appointment to be told by the stylist that she was doing a color (something she should not have started if she had an appointment) and I could see someone else or go to her next available slot. I had been going to this salon for a year and a half. I will not be back.

Best place in town. I dont ask much for my haircut, but it never ceases to amaze me how many times I have had my hair not done correctly. Tuesday and Thursday are $10 haircut days for men. You are crazy if you would go anywhere else in town. I will return.

Great place, especially for students. Every time Ive been here theyve done a great job, and this is with almost every stylist. I never have set up an appointment, yet Ive never had to wait for more than 5 minutes to get a haircut. Good atmosphere as well.
