Just got my hair done yesterday and i honestly hate it. I was scheduled for a hair extension consultation. And got a phone call saying the girl i was scheduled with does not even work on hair extensions and ended up on the phone with an employee there for about 15 minutes trying to figure out why this happened. I was schedule to a girl name Brooke and showed her a picture of how i would like my hair done. When all was done i feel like my hair is nothing like what i asked for. And i do realize sometimes you cannot always achieve the desired look but my hair came out nothing close to what i wanted and Brooke noticed i wasnt please with the outcome but i feel like she was a bit rude and didnt even ask if i liked me hair.... told her it was too dark . My hair was orginally a honey gold blonde...i walked out with very dark ashy blonde. i told her I DONT LIKE ASH...but ended up with ash in my hair..and she didnt ask me to fix it either. i just lied and said i liked it since she tried so hard to convince me to like it...and tipped as a good client should but...its been a full day and i just HATE MY HAIR.....i feel hurt that my experience was not what i expected from such a high end salon. As a client i did not want to leave a review but im very very unhappy.

I absolutely love this salon! My experience with Brooke doing my highlights has been nothing less than amazing. Not only is she super sweet and cares about her clients, she does GREAT hair! I would recommend her to anyone.
