The incompetent "lead" or shift manager or whoever she was, argued with me about overcharging me for a flat bread pizza, and then ranted about how much she dislikes those things, how they should never have started selling them, etc. Why?? So when I left, I went online to double-check how they charge for adding veggies to a flatizza, and they dont! So yes, she definately overcharged me $1.50 for veggies, which she had refused to refund. I wrote a complaint to Subway online weeks ago, have never heard anything. VERY POOR customer service.

Went to Taco Johns ordered food and drink after one bite we left and went to Subway. I told the manager what had happened and she allowed us to bring in the drinks we had paid for at Taco Johns. Food was great as always. Should have gone there first.
