A major remodel can be quite daunting. The best part of our remodel was working with the Cabinet Factory. Our designer, Annie Moyer, was knowledgeable, professional, and very patient with our many questions and ideas. She spent countless hours with us and never made us feel rushed or pressured. The Cabinet Factory has so much more to offer than cabinets. We received assistance and suggestions for tile, counter tops, sinks, hardware, lighting and so on. Annie was able to connect us with others in the home industry to help us through the remodel process. Our cabinets are everything and more than what we thought they would be. The quality and craftsmanship is superb. They are simply exquisite!

After deciding to remodel our kitchen ourselves we found guidance and immediate help when we walked into CFO showroom. Anne sat with us numerous times until we had our plans and decisions on cabinets made. She came to our house and measured insuring every thing fit perfectly. After our cabinets were delivered she was always available to answer any design or installation questions we had. I would recommend CFO to everyone. Excellent customer service, and exceptional kitchen design products. I love my new kitchen!!

Horrible customer service. Horrible communication. They didnt tell us we had to rip out old countertop, have sink plumbing disconnected and have cook top removed. . Sales person didnt know the island and countertops wouldnt be done at the same time because someone forgot to order the piece for the island. But she was anxiious to get the second half of the payment. BEWARE!!!! Or at least ask a lot of questions and get the persons name who answers. Prices arent that good, either.

The shop was clean and well setup with a wide selection of cabinets from value oriented to high end. The bathroom setup we got was much higher quality than big-box with a similar price. Much better value. Our consultant Annie was awesome. To be fair, it should go without saying this is an outlet - not a full service contractor. They offer a great value for what they are. Higher quality without a higher price. Thanks!

Really enjoyed working with cabinet factory. Annie always had time for us and was super patient with changes we seemed to constantly make and never made us feel like we needed to speed things up. The pricing for the cabinets were competitive also. Wed definite go back to them again!

Bought cabinets and sinks for a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The company does not install (or rip out) old cabinets and fixtures but may have suggestions on possible installers. Great prices and wonderful and helpful designers.

Charging over 108 per square foot on what they claim are remnant pieces... another thing is when the women tells me they start out at 27$ psf and up. But then she tells us they are all the same price.

Being able to talk with a qualified designer on your project is great. And if I want to take cabinets home with me that day they have them. I totally recomend Cabinet Factory Outlet.
