I have been a member for 8 years and it feels like a second home. The staff is awesome and they keep it very clean! I have met so many new peeps from Pinnacle and I never feel uncomfortable working out while others are around. Their classes are awesome (and you dont have to pay extra for them like other gyms)!! The classes and other members keep me motivated! BEST GYM IN TOWN! I have met so many different people at the gym, its hard to believe someone would actually call them racists. Come see for yourself just how friendly the staff really is!

Pinnacle is the nicest gym that I have ever been a member of. The facilities are extremely clean, and there is a wide variety workouts that can be done in their facility. They have a full pool/sauna room as well as your typical weight room. Their classes are taught be amazing teachers, and get you a total body workout in a quick amount of time which is great for lunch hour workouts. If you are in the downtown area, I highly recommend a membership to this gym!

Ive been a member as Pinnacle for over three years. I feel very comfortable here and enjoy the friendly staff very much. Whenever I have had a special request of any kind, they have always been willing to help me. I have belonged to several other gyms across Omaha. This is my favorite by far and also one of the most reasonably priced. It is always clean and I never have any issues with getting to use whatever equipment I need.

I like the controlled, peaceful and quiet work out environment. The staff are always helpful and they keep the Club very clean and well maintained. The hours they are open cater to a busy work schedule - you can always get a workout in at their club. They also take very good care of their weights and exercise machines. Its a great facility all the way around.

I have moved away from Omaha and I truly miss going to Pinnacle. I was an early morning open the door dude and I have to say that all the staff were the best. The other patrons of the club were the best and we had become a family in there! The place was always clean and ready for business first thing in the morning. Awesome place!

Well equipped, clean, and well staffed. It has great amenities including a three lane pool, hot tub, dry sauna, and steam room. Free classes with a membership are offered as well. There are not many squat benches, however. The free weights area can get crowded during peak hours.

The customer service here is terrible. Employees clearly dont want to be there and they treat the customers accordingly. Machines are nasty (not just regular gym nasty, like I was worried about catching a disease). Youd be better off going to any other gym in Omaha.

Tried this place out for a month. Was like every other gym out there, good lockers, TVs and all the standard equipment you come to expect of a good fitness club. Does not differ anything extra my workplace gym does not offer though.

A+. I have been to several gyms locally and nationaly. This gym is my favorite. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Great trainers. Clean gym and locker rooms. New equipment. Great pool and spa area. Affordable. Free parking.

I called and emailed them about attaining a membership through them, and asked if setting up a tour of the facility was possible. I have not heard back at all from them. Clearly theyre not interested in new business.

Lazy front desk staff. Minimal free weights. And the trainers hog the squat rack for their own workouts. I regretted getting locked into a contract after my second visit. Basically an over priced 24 Hour...

Very modern looking gym, not overcrowded even at peak hours awesome clean locker rooms, pool is small but hardly used. I love it!
