As for the helpfulness/friendlies of the staff, I would give them a five star rating. This location is very low-key, and if you feel like you arent in the right place, you probably are. When I arrived at this location for the first time, I assumed it was only an employee entrance, left, drove around their warehouse, and then returned to the first place I was at. My reason for the three star rating is due to a complete lack of information available for this location on the net. I had to make a return to a merchant who sent me a damaged metal shelf. I was simply told to drop it off at a FedEx location, but when I went to the FedEx near my house, I was told Id have to go to a FedEx Ground location. A staff member told me the physical address, but I was unable to find it on the FedEx website. Upon asking the staff member for the hours of this location, she was unable to find that info. It was a Saturday, and she told me to assume they were closed before I made the drive across town. I even searched Google for the hours afterwards, and found nothing. Today, I found hours posted in the office so I took a picture, and am updating the hours on Google Maps. I hope this saves someone from experiencing my frustrations in the future! (And yes, they are open Saturdays!)

Their driver that is a contractor failed to ring the door bell or knock on the door but he left the tag at the door that nobody was home. I was home all day waithing for that package. I do live on 3 floor with no elevator and the package is little heavy but that shouldnt give him the right to abuse the policies and procedures that fedex have so he can avoid doing hard work. Like everyone I paid for the package to be delivered to my address and the base ting the customer service could come up with was for me to drive qhour one way to pick it up. So I paid 75$ for delivery so I can spend my time and fuel so I can do there job. Overall bad customer service in a sense that they had me holding get on the phone for over half an hour so they can after that tell me that the driver doesnt want to read deliver today. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

My $2,000 TV was supposed to be delivered yesturday...and for absolutely no reason at all, it wasnt delivered. So today I waited for my package (because it required my signature to be delivered), which was put on truck for delivery at 8am. Now after waiting at home until 11pm and calling FedEx multiple times throughout the day, I just found out that the delivery person was unable to deliver. At 11pm! And the only explanation I was given was that they were "delayed!" This is unexusble! Im so fed up with FedEx, as I will now have to somehow put my package on hold for over a week and a half, as I will be out of town! Except I cant even do that because theyre website is broken and gives me an error every time I try! I have never been so frustrated with a company in my life & will never use FedEx again!

The fed ex driver just dropped my three hundred dollar pool at my neighbors house!! If you cant read an address correctly on a package then your in the wrong career!! Thank goodness for honest neighbors that let us know due to employees who obviously dont care about people getting their packages! 6/9/2017. Zip 89108. This driver should be fired for making me almost loose out on a lot of money. Big mistake as a driver. Will be going to corporate for this for sure.

Driver lied and said he attempted to make a delivery and that I wasnt home. I pulled the apartment complex cameras video to prove that a FedEx truck was never on our property that day. I had to drive 18.7 miles to pick up my package at the FedEx in South Henderson. Had I not needed the product that evening I would have sent it back.
