By far the worst Post Office I have ever dealt with. I moved into the area a month and a half ago and it took them that long to finally deliver my mail to my new home. Seems to be a serious lack in communication between the people who work there and they are extremely rude both in person and on the phone the several times I had attempted to resolve my mail situation. They made me fill out a hold card 3 times and never held my mail while I waited for a key to be made (took a month for that btw). I even purchased a package online to see if I could get it delivered and after following the tracking all the way from Chicago to my home the mailman straight up lied and said he attempted to deliver at 9am that day (I was home near my door) and stated he left a notice (no notice left on my door) and then said my package was "undeliverable". I come to find out he never even took the package with him on the truck for delivery he just threw it in the "return" bin and sent it straight back to Chicago. The only way I was able to get my mail situation resolved was to call the main USPS center that is back east a few times and had my situation escalated to higher levels until they investigated this post office trying to find all my "lost" mail. Then magically all my mail finally appeared in my mail box. Wow...I hate this place I will be avoiding this Post Office like the plague whenever possible and drive to other ones.

Gentleman that works at this location,(Black Gentleman not wearing a name tag) has no Customer Service skills whatsoever. I came into office to mail a media mail package that I cannot purchase at the kiosk, and it was 5:01 pm, but the doors were still open and he would not let me stay....he said that they were closed and that he had to service all the rest of customers, which were 4 people, and there were 4 postal workers on staff. I asked nicely if he would please accommodate me as I needed media mail....he wouldnt budge and said "the doors should be closed and locked",in which I responded that I was already inside. I thought to myself it wasnt my fault he has not locked the doors on time, and I was already inside! He proceeded to shoo me out of the office. While I was at kiosk, another female patron asked him if she would please let her pick up a package, she came from Henderson and it was a package from her son in boot camp of the military. He had no sympathy, nor any respect for military family members, as I see it. I am upset as they are employed by the federal government, in which my taxes go to pay for their services, I suppose to ask for an accommodation in this particular situation was just too troublesome for this gentleman. Wow is all I can think to describe his demeanor and lack of customer service.

Why does this establishment even have a phone number as a contact??? When they dont even answer the phone. I have tried to call several times for the past 2 hours to inquire about updates on my package that is very important and urgent that I need to find out shipping information from a LIVE person. Every time you call the post office no one answers the phone, so why even bother to have a phone number to contact. I worked for a retail company for a few years and we had to deal with this issue ALL. THE. TIME. when customers would call in and we would try to find information on their packages and the post office would take forever to answer and when you did talk to someone they sounded so reluctant to help or just simply did not want to help you no matter what! Like your situation was not important enough for them to deal with and act with a sense of urgency. This is sad and pathetic!!! I mean look at all the reviews that came before mine! They are all consistent POOR SERVICE and it is a shame that management has not addressed this because if they did the reviews would have been improved. I guess re educating your staff on customer service is not a priority to them nor will it ever! DO YOUR JOBS PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are correct never can call there. Voice mail full, complained to higher up still never got a call or email to fix the problem. Letter carrier rude wont talk or stop so I could tell him we live at our address. He sent back a very important letter we had friends looking for it for us, sent back vacant house.. mmm furniture in house on porch but vacant. Now it cost us more because they didnt do their job. all he had to do was ask the office. I wouldnt ever gave them a star. But you have to so it shows. Be aware of this office. Received an survey on how they did but never received anything else.

I drove all the way across town today to get a passport at this location because the passport website says they do passports here until 2:45pm. When I get there the sign says "passports 10-2pm" I asked the lady who is doing passports today and her reply was no one is doing them today because they dont have enough people to do them. Then she proceeded to tell me to go to the location on Rainbow. Its 1:45pm and the Rainbow location stops taking passports at 1pm on saturdays. Thanks for wasting my time and gas! Try hiring more people and keep your information accurate!

I recently visited this post office. I wanted to let you know that my experience was horrible. The customer service agent was not helpful at all, very unknowledgeable and unfriendly. She didnt understand international shipping at all and treated me like a child, acting rude and talking loudly. I was trying to ship a package by international priority like I always do, but according to her it was not possible without paying a very high extra charge, which after going to another location I found out was not the case. I hope this feedback is helpful to you.

This post office is impossible to contact. I have spent hours on hold trying to reach them to find a package their driver did not deliver to my business on a Sunday as guaranteed. They claim the business was closed even though I saw the driver slow down at the wrong gate and then continue on without delivering the package. Trying to follow-up with them after their driver made a mistake is next to impossible. Net time I will request that they use any shipper other than USPS. I am able to contact a service representative to resolve basic issues.

Yesterday, one mail carrier delivered all my junk mail to my house and all my bills and important mail to a stranger on the next block. Thank God the stranger brought my real mail to my door. Thank you Stanford for my mail. Maybe you should work at the local post office! The other day, the pregnant postal worker refused to bring my packages to my door and tossed them over the gate on the ground. No excuses - cant do the job - give it to someone who can!

Dont go here for anything !! Everything says they open at 830am on a Thursday. Doors locked. The staff showed plenty of favoritism. A black postperson paid a .43 cent difference for a black customer and wouldnt do the same .23 cent difference for a white customer at the pick up window where money isnt supposed to be exchanged. Reasons personified about why business should NEVER be run by government (Solidera, railroads, etc). To much socialism.
