I order items online regularly. About once a week. I have never once had an issue received any of my items until recently. I checked the tracking on one of my packages and it said it was delivered. I check my mail box and there was no package. I live in an apartment complex that has secure, locked mailboxes. The package could not have been stolen. I tried to call the post office but every time I call I get a busy signal. I also sent an email that stated I would here the results with in 42 hours. I did not. I finally got ahold of someone at the post office and she said she would look into it and she would call me back. It has been 3 days and still no call back. I called again today and got thru to speak with someone that put me on hold for an hour before I gave up and hung up. The tracking on the package says it was delivered 7 days ago and I have still not received it. Waiting for online shipments is the inconvenience of buying online as it is. Telling me the package is there and it is not really pisses me off and on top of that I cant call them to see what has happened and when I do I dont get a call back or they leave me on hold with out returning. I still havent received the package or a call back but hey, what can you do? Its not like we get to choose which post office our packages with pass thru in transit. GO SPRING VALLEY STATION. Thanks for nothing!

I lost my mail key and went in 2-3 weeks ago to put a mail hold on my mail and to get a new key. When I came in to get my mail and check on the key theres no mail, and 3 items were supposed to be there, and still no key (which I get). I live two neighborhoods behind the post office so my request shouldnt get too lost, but still today there was no mail. Im waiting on medical stuff/bank stuff, how do I get this mail if you guys are playing with me like this? To tell me I have had zero mail in two weeks? Thats total trash. Oh and theres zero way to check on when my new key is going to arrive or get done?? I can go to Walmart and theyll cut a key instantly.. Also when I asked if I could show other items than a lease agreement to prove I lived at my address, ( like the numerous bills, or my ID that was issued over a year ago to me with this address on it) I was made to feel like I was trying to steal my own info. Luckily the woman realized her error, she was so embarrassed when I came back she pulled someone else over to make sure I got good service.

If I can give no star sure I will do, this place just like post office in third world country or worse, for too many reasons, one day my mail tracking number said delivered at box, when I open the mail box it was someone else mail, not my name not my address I took it to this poor office , they told me oh sorry will take care of it, but when I asked about my package they dont know , they told me it delivered, no man its not you gave me the wrong item and back and fourth, without any help, they told me sorry we cant help you, after five days I asked to talk with manager, she went back looking and some how she find my package, the one they kept saying its delivered to you, Other day same thing happened without finding it, just lost I didnt get a refund from eBay because the tracking say delivered in mailboxes but I refused the package and give it back to post office return to sender, after one week they didnt update the tracking information and I lost my money because of stupid employee did not finish the job Poor place

As a typical establishment of the bloated carcass that is the USPS, the simplest things take the most outrageous, unreasonable amount of time. I have picked up my mail at this location 5 times. I was pulled out of line by a worker 3 of the times to retrieve my mail, but not once did that person tell me there is a special door where you can get a person to retrieve your mail Id you knock on it. Wouldnt you want to prevent confusion in the future, as an employee? They arent too worried about that at USPS apparently. I waited in line (what was apparently the package line) for the fifth time today, with no idea this was the wrong line, even though Ive done the same EXACT thing on the previous 4 visits to this location. If I had simply been told on any of the previous 4 times that I was in the wrong line I would have made their jobs and my stress easier, but no, the employees are so pathetic there, they cant think even one step ahead. Just pitiful.

Do not waste your valuable time waiting here. I stopped by at 8 am to drop off a box inside the post office at their drop off box but the lever was locked and wouldnt open. I assumed maybe it was full. So I decided to go a nearby store and come back until they opened. I returned at 9am, and the drop off tumbler was still locked. There was a line out the door as usual. There was also two other people waiting just to make a simple drop off. I kept ringing the doorbell and no answer. Finally someone cleared the bin and we were able to drop off our boxes. Something so simple and you still have to wait for their slow service.

I received help as soon as I walked in the door- Im new in this town, so I was a little intimidated about coming to the post office especially after ending up in two dud locations, in my search for a full-service office. A lady helped me find the flat-rate box I needed for my package, and I was also able to collect extra supplies I needed for future shipments. She assisted with sealing the box, and then restocked the missing boxes I needed to take home. I am very happy with the service I received today and will definitely make this location my main stop for future deliveries.

Been trying to recover a lost package(I made a mistake with the shipment) that has to do with this location. I try to call and call but have never been able to get through. Theres been a very nice lady that has helped me out as best she can and gives my info to one of the higher ups. But I never received a call back even after going there twice, and I live across town so it sucks they never pick up the phone. Not a bad place but try to avoid any shipping issues that you can so you dont have to deal with customer service that is slow to resolve an issue.

I used this post office for a year. Yes, some of the employees seems disgruntled at times, but they definitely get the job done better than most of the post office I have been to Props to them! Good work with getting shipments done on time for me! I appreciate you guys accepting and scanning my packages because I ship at least more than 11+ items a day. Ive used the Summerlin PO and they suck in scanning stuff in on time and having misinformed employees. Definitely made me appreciate the Rainbow location. :)
