I have a Post Office box rented there at Middleton, and have repeatedly received mail for previous users for over a year. Id take it to the front desk, stand in line to let them know... One gal said "just throw in back thru the box on to the floor, thatll get our attention so we can handle it"... I did that for months so I started just "returning to sender" on my own!! I have now since moved out of state and am having my mail forwarded. but knowing how undependable they are, Im having a neighbor check the box once a week, in case they dont get things forwarded. Its been 2 months since I started "forwarding" and there has been bills and personal mail REGULARLY that would have just been sitting in the box PAST DUE, had it not been for my helpful neighbor!! I am not usually a complaining person, but the counter service and forwarding service at Middleton has proved to be "less than desirable or dependable"....

Had a package forwarded from here to my current address in Pocatello ID They did the forwarding process of having it routed through Colorado which ...is fine, I guess, seems unnecessary for such a short trip, but whatever. What really irritated me is when I checked tracking over a week later to see it had gone to Colorado, and then back to the Middleton post office. Seems like they missed the point on forwarding a package (hint: its to get it to a new destination).

If there were more stars the staff at Middleton Post office would get them! We ship packages everyday through USPS. They have gone the extra mile so many times that they are on my Christmas cookie gifting list, makes them pretty special!

I am disappointed in their service, they make no attempt to deliver special delivery, just leave the note in the box to come and pick up the item. Service is the worst, I go to Star for all my mail services.

Great post office. One of the best in Idaho.
