What is the point of listing a phone number for the Post Office if they never answer their phone? At least have a answering machine or service. Tried to have a UPS package delivered here, UPS said they could due so, this office would not take it. Now I have to drive to Claremont to pick it up. I just want to call and ask why? No answer. Nobody home. No one minding the store. Your tax dollars at work. If FEDEX ran their business like this they would go out of business in a month.

OBECIANS BEWARE! Here on Google it says they are open til 6pm, this is NOT true. They close at 5 and wont even come to the glass to let you know if you show up after that. So if you have something important in the evening really just go to Postal Annex or something because these guys will not be open!! Oh and here it says theyre open til 4pm on Saturday...thats not true either. They close at noon on Saturday. Heads up Google.

GUESS WHAT. The ringing you hear all day would stop if you - get this - actually picked up the phone! A telephone is pretty cool it has buttons on it, those buttons have numbers 0-9 and a tiny star and a tiny # sign. All you have to do is hold it to your ear and say "hello?" Those vibrations in your voice convert to electrical signals to transmit sound and MAGICALLY your customers can actually TALK TO YOU.

Worst post office ever. This place has lost my rent check 3 different times now. They told me to be safe I should pay extra to make sure it arrives...why do I have to pay extra to "make sure" my rent arrives. Also their phone number is incorrect and the manager doesnt care! Just save yourself the frustration and deliver your package by hand, it would be easier than going here.

Everyone at this post office is very friendly and mail moves out quickly. A much better place than my old post office in Hillcrest. I see reviews complaining about the phone not being answered. I dont think any post office outside of Mayberry will run to pick up the phone to answer questions that are easily answered online. Clean and decent hours of operation.

Worst post office ever. Havent gotten keys for po box and Ive had for 2 weeks. It will take 2 more weeks they say. They hassle me about proof of address despite already paying and renting po box. Mail was sent back and lost because they manually put nametags on the po boxes and forgot to on mine- despite being owned by me electronically.

Some of the front tellers are extremly nice and helpful. Ive also dealt with some who could care less if im there, insist I dont have packages until I pull up on my phone, show them the tracking, and that they confirmed delivery. Then suddenly the back they swore they checked, has it. Also, literally never answer the phone.

Typically long lines but every single postal worker Ive interacted with in the past 3 years has been nothing short of helpful & very friendly and pleasant, even after being chewed out by unhappy customers for matters beyond their control. Theyre quite the professional and patient bunch if you can tolerate a little wait.

The line is always long, but the people behind the counter are always so cheerful, I never mind. Theres one woman in particular who is always smiling. I love this post office. I wish theyd get a little funding to spruce it up a bit, especially for the employees who have to be there every day!

I have been calling their phone number for DAYS..... AND DAYS....THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!! Yet when I walk in they are on their cell phone checking their text!! Here is an idea get off your cell phones and answer the phones our tax dollars pay your wages to answer!

I have always respected mail carriers for there derivation to the public and there service rainy,hot,cold, no matter what the days brought. They always delivered are mail with the smile .
