Im new in the area of Grand Terrace, this location serves my area as well. Since I moved in I have to trade mail with my neighbors, I find other peoples mail in my box. The worst part of this was when I ordered some auto parts for my BMW and the USPS carrier dropped it off in other house which is located two blocks away, luckily me this lady went to my house to give it to me, other wise by now I would be waiting for my box. Yesterday I had to call to the Water Company to know my balance, they said my bill was sent on June 14, today is June 23 and still waiting for my water bill.. What is going on with this people? They are urged for a new manager!!!!

Why do they even provide a phone number when they NEVER answer! To top it of the workers have the worst attitude ever! Like I only came here for a book of stamps chill out. Its not our fault they are miserable and hate their job. Something seriously needs to be done about this. I prefer to drive a longer distance to the post office in Highland than to deal with their attitude.

I agree with Carls comment. I have received my package one day smashed like a pancake. On top of it, when I moved to California, my box was stolen and apparently they couldnt find the package. They only gave me a piece of cardboard of the box that showed only my info and address...I suspected that the post office stole my package. *-* Awful service.

When Maria, our regular carrier is off, we receive our mail at night. Last night we had to go out after dark, at 9:20 PM to get the mail. There is no excuse for that. If we wait until morning, it WILL MORE THAN LIKELY BE STOLEN. MARIA, OUR REGULAR CARRIER IS THE BEST. LOVE HER. All of us here in RECHE CANYON ON PARVIN DR. APPRECIATE HER.

Im a letter carrier in another city. Tried to make it easy for my carrier by putting my name in the box. She still puts the previous in, returns my mail. Tried having a conversation, she just nods. Boxes broken into, forwarding all my mail. She just returns it. Im sorry folks its not that hard.

Worst city to live in ever! All my mail is getting returned or put in the wrong box im getting tired of this I have important paper work in need to receiving involving my kids! Its the mail mans/ladys fault do your job correctly!

Dawyne and Mike Need to be trained better. They were bothered at every question I asked and Mike was hesitant to help me and kept wanting me to call back Dawyne. Very Little Communication between staff .

I am glad they still have those blue mail drop boxes & they check them in the morning & afternoon instead of once a day. Its a drive thru drop box, so its helpful when their parking lot is full.

Do not speak with any of their workers. They lied to my face about my outgoing package and it took them four days to finally send it out. Staff is unreliable, arrogant, and mismanaged!

Always had mail for me sometimes the lines are long but it goes quick. Staff do their jobs great place.
